Horrible packaging! Box arrived all smashed in. No way to return item.

I ordered two zappers and one did not have the poles/stake inside. That box only had the house and forced me to try and find some place to hang it. I'll have to see how it works tonight with a full day of sunlight. I also feel that the marketing is a little deseptive. They are not nearly as big in person as the ads make it appear.

No comment. Just that I received the product on time. I am still trying to find out how to adapt to the products on the market.

These were to be gifts and the individual boxes were crushed. Not Happy

Zapper received not as shown, one battery slot but looks like there should be two batteries but extra slot not wired.
For the amount I paid $60.88 US was more than item was worth. Became $89.96 Canadian. Ridiculous for quality of item. Dumb me, I got got!
Don’t know if it works yet…..not hopeful.

It took them nearly three months to ship me 2 pairs of capris that were more like an XS than a US medium (my size). When I asked for a return, they made me send photographic evidence of the pants (unworn except for being tried on, so whatever). But then offered me a SIX-DOLLAR refund on an order of more than $60. This is a scam company. avoid at all costs.

I like the item but since they are gifts I was disappointed there was no phamplet explaining what it was and did.

Bought 5 colors last year and added 3 more colors this year! Love the light layering for inside cold offices during our Hot summers.

The shipping experience was great but I’m still unsure about the product it’s self, it dosent look very strong or reliable.

Loved the status update. Was confused when Dragonfly emails came as I didn’t realise they would handle the delivery. I thought they were a scam.
Love the product. Delivery timeframe too long though I understand it’s due to customs clearance.

It took areally long time to get the package.

Like everyone else, I ordered a few weeks ago and I emailed the company to see where my order is. I really need it. I hope it comes and is a good product. I’m afraid I’m not going to ever get it or hear back from them.
When zI try to go on their website it says the website cannot be trusted.

Completely horrible company to work with. My order came very late, I had paid for VIP shipping and did not get my product in time. It came 3 weeks later than estimated and the quality of the item is not what was advertised. I no longer could use it for the event I wanted to. When I asked about returning the item they ignored my request and offered $3 for my inconvenience. After weeks of back and forth with there "customer service" I was so over all the back and forth that I caved and accepted the $14 they finally offered even though I paid almost $100 for my item. I did this only to be done with all the incompetence and absolute horrible service. They are the worst and I would never use them again. I would suggest every one stay far far away from anything they sell.

If I could leave a negative zero star review, I certainly would. Do not order bras or anything associated with clothing from this company. Because the sizes are disproportionately off for one. I'm needing a large and I received two supposedly large labeled bras that were the size small and would fit my twelve year old niece. Then, it's difficult to find any type of email for this company.But I did eventually send emails, and they try to offer me eight dollar refunds for twenty dollar bras. I wanted to return to them in all fairness and get a full twenty dollars times two, refund. They spent weeks negotiating with me for finally twelve dollar refunds times both.But would not respond to how the refund would be paid. Patronizing me telling me they're sorry about my being unhappy about my small size bras, to which I ordered large. It's sketchy to determine how you would get a refund from a company that's a scam. So I would be hesitant to give them any kind of banking information.Obviously. the bras are ridiculous and the customer service is nonexistent and likes to play games. So finally, I agree to twelve dollars, for each bra refund, and they are sending me empty emails.In response. Do not order from this scam company. Do not.

After many months I have not received what I ordered. Seems to be a scam company.

Been at least over a month and still haven't received item's that i had purchased and paid for, won't be buying anything from your company again.

I order an item on Facebook & they sent me something else & that’s way cheaper

I ordered one of your product and the next week there was another one came ro my home.
I've been trying to contact your company but had a problem finding your site,
Then I finally seen another advertisement from your company and I got the site again,
The problem with this order is that most of them was broken and the rest of them just didn't work,I still have them,
Is it possible to get a refund on them,
I still have the Original package they came in.
