Visited the Woking store on Saturday - looking for new walking trainers as mine were old and past their sell by date. Excellent customer service from Carl, he was knowledgable and patient.

They use a Video monitor on a treadmill to check gait and foot positioning pre and post trainer fitting to help identify the right shoes. Could see my right foot was turning slightly outwards (which probably was the cause of my knee pain). This enabled Carl to identify the right type of shoe.

Would definitely use this company again - highly recommend!

Went to the Southampton store today and spoke to Tom. He spent a good amount of time with me, did the treadmill gait analysis and I tried on a few pairs of running shoes. He was friendly, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I left the store with a new pair of Brooks and I would definitely recommend Run Co.

My running shoes were stolen in Italy.
So popped into the Southampton store picked up a new pair of shoes. The staff were happy to let me try different shoes, took on board past niggles, took video footage of my running and gait and explained my foot strike and made recommendations based upon that.
They also sorted my daughter out at the same time.

Karl and the team are amazing. They were really helpful when ever I go in store. They also organise a great evening run group and do lots for the community.

My son needed some proper running shoes having taken up running again since leaving college and all he had was his old school trainers. The Woking Crew were amazing. They completed a gait analysis and brought out several shoe options to be tested. We chose one and bought it and then my son changed his mind on the colour. As the shoes were complete unused and in fully resaleble condition they did a straight swap for an identical pair in a different colour. Very pleased with the service and the knowledge of the staff.

I recently visited the Chichester store and was lucky enough to be served by the owner James.

He explained all the styles, shoe types and what terrains they can be used on, also showed me they're very modern gait analysis, better than the previous I had experienced, this one showed me my running and landing on my feet as well as the angle of my ankle which was pretty neutral.

The gait analysis was included in the purchase of shoes (if not £20 is very reasonable for a independent running store), I brought two styles one trail and one road (Hoka speedgoat and Hoka Clinton) which are both super comfy.

He explained there exchange of credit refund policy which is clearly displayed on the till point and I totally understand as so many companies follow this policy nowadays.

All in all amazing service from James and team, you will definitely see me running back soon!

The Run Company have always sorted my running essentials. They make sure my shoes fit perfectly. They have a wealth of experience so I trust them to provide what I need.

Visited today for some new shoes to help me get some PBs in races over the next few months. I was served by James who was really knowledgable and new everything about every shoe! I was encouraged to try a lot and ended up buying a new Puma shoe. A great shop with great staff!

Bought a pair of running shoes, after a gait analysis with Karl. Not only did I get a great pair of Hokas, Karl enlisted me into the Monday night run club! Super friendly community, thoroughly recommend both the shop and the run club.

Woking Run Company provides excellent customer service. They are passionate about running and their knowledge is evident. Their advice and recommendation are always unbiased as specific for each customer who always feels valued. The shop is like an Aladdin cave for runners. The team even offers free running sessions which are inclusive and help discover the area. They also organised talks from experts to support runners. I can only recommend you go and see for yourself.

Absolutely fantastic place for advice and new running kicks. They also have amazing community of runners, and a run club every Monday. Karl, John and the team are super lovely and are always on hand to help!

I went to the Run Company after looking to get back into running after having my second child. I also had an ankle injury from a sprain I had from ten years back. I spoke to lovely woman who got me setup on the treadmill to run the analyse. We reviewed the footage and she recommended some shoes to try. I even got to meet the owner who gave me some more advice especially regarding my injury and running styles. It was a fantastic end to end experience and I am really happy with my purchase. My ankles aren’t causing me the same issues as before. I will definitely be returning soon!

Knowledgeable, attentive and welcoming customer service throughout, RunCompany fitted a pair of run shoes I've enjoyed many, many miles of running in. Stores are nicely fitted out and the online store experience is top notch too.

I've made numerous purchases at the Woking Store and always have recieved top tier customer service including getting my gait analysed and offered free guided runs every Monday Night at 6pm which I have taken advantage of and met some lovely people and recieved a great reception in to the world of running of which I'm very new.
I haven't been to other shops within the company so can't leave feedback in reference to the company overall, but the Woking store has been nothing but supportive in my journey a) lose some weight offering technical advice and b) be a better runner with guidance on techniques, diet, sleep patterns, hydration and run plan creation.
Hope others recieve the same experience I have recieved.

Excellent service as ever at Woking store. Karl and the team always make you feel at ease and never pressure you into a sale. They have an extensive knowledge of shoes and the passion always runs through. I just wish I had more time to join the eve growing free run sessions!

I've been a customer of Woking Run Company since it opened post Covid. Ive bought socks, shoes, tops, compression socks, shorts and gels! I havent bought from any other physical running shop ever since. Ive joined the free Monday night runs and the free try on nights. Ive got to know them quite well over this time and recommended them directly to friends and running acquaintances. The level of service is excellent. their expertise is amazing - think real life google of running trainers and you are close to their knowledge level. ie they know it all. if you haven't tried them - try them. you wont regret it. they really are the reason why proper shops need to exist. you cant get that experience from a website. never!!
