Redundancy, decentralization and censorship resistance at a fraction of the AWS price.

I was surprised how cheap hosting on Runonflux was. No issues so far.

Have been deploying apps and websites on flux since the early days. Now it even easier with flux runner and simple word press deployments. Uptime is incredible and redundancy is built in. Prices can't be beat when compared to the hyperscalers.

I run hardware to support the Flux network and decentralized compute.

Software setup is a bit tricky if you aren't a Linux user, but once up and running the web UI is easy to use, and getting AI compute on the network is fast.

I wish you could run a node and Flux core on the same machine at the same time.

I have been using RunOnFlux for my Wordpress site for over 2 years and it is running Great! There have been times when I had problems, but those ended up being due to plugin conflicts, which is common wherever you host your WP.

I also have deployed TypeScript/Node app which are even easier (because they are simpler...)

I wanted to write this review because with the recent widespread outages by other providers, RunOnFlux just kept on Running, if a node goes down my app moves to one of Thousands of others!

I was able to deploy my app relatively easy on this platform. The fact that it's decentralized hosting makes me feel more confident things will keep running.

I've been running multiple websites on their WordPress cloud, best value I found, it never went down and super fast in loading. Having 3 instances always running at the same time makes it bullet proof and privacy first means it is censorship resistant. After so many outrage from centralized providers and arbitrary removal of contents I would not use anything different.
Recently I started to use their Flux AI services and having multiple LLM models, simple to configure API, competitive pricing is exactly what I was expecting after the past experience with their cloud service.

I am hosting my WP site on Flux. The process is simple and very cost effective. I like the payment options and the flexibility offered. I have experienced no downtime, including when the AWS, Microsoft and Google were all experiencing downtime.
