Thank you for your feedback! During the COVID19 pandemic, it is difficult for all delivery services to operate. They look for many ways to get the package to you. More than 100 countries have closed their borders.
It's no surprise that a package to Canada is delivered via Egypt.
I see from your track number that your package has been in Canada since December 14.
The support explained to you that there was no reason to worry and suggested that you call the delivery service so that you were calm. We don't need to call, we send dozens of packages every day and we know all the routes that change every day.
Very good service.
Very good service.
Everything arrived on time in secure packaging. They even email you with photos of your packages to assure you that it is properly processed.
