Purchase made, money left the account but nothing on my rvca account neither an email confirmation. Opened a ticket and so far didn't hear from them...as many the website seems a scam! I'll not rest until getting my money back but this is a BS company!!!

Worst customer service ever!!
I ordered on 10 April 2025, and I still haven't received it.
I tried to call and email customer support but I got no help. This was the worst experience I've had, and I will never order from here again.
Seriously, do not order from this company.

These guys used to be good to deal with but now are overpriced with useless customer service. Got a damaged tshirt with mildew or something all over the front and they said they couldn't find my order despite providing the details several times. I think they might be bankrupt now which probably explains a lot.

Ordered a T-shirt. It arrived defective. After 1 month trying to change or send it back decided to post this review. There are no help services, you always have to chat with a bot that's says the same thing always. Frustrating as they don't appear to be helpful. Horrible costumer services, and it appears I won't have my money back. Scam brand.

Complete BS placed my order on Feb.12 along side some friends we all placed orders same time. They all received there items and mine is lost. Tracking doesn't work hasn't updated since feb 15 it's been well over a month smh.

After ordering some items on the 9th February, the shipping tracker information never worked. I was then informed the items were delivered on 13th Feb but they were nowhere to be found. I reported this to RVCA to which the response by Alice said “ask your neighbours and if it can’t be found please submit and official statement with order details”. I responded to the email with the “official statement” and no further correspondence was received. I have again this evening raised a missing delivery report on their website in which I received exactly the same response as the first email from RVCA.

RVCA have failed and are not willing to organise a refund or replace the goods.

An absolute disgrace.

Same as all the other reviews here. Ridiculously slow delivery (21days), no communication, no tracking info or proof of delivery. When I finally found my package a month after placing the order the XL hoody was like a crop top on me (6ft2). RVCA used to be excellent but since a buyout have gone to pot. Avoid yourself the hassle.

Kann nur die negativen Erfahrungen bestätigen. Bestelle schon seit längerer Zeit bei RVCA, immer alles top gewesen! Diesmal dann die Info über die Zustellung des Paketes erhalten, welches mich nie erreicht hat. RVCA Kundenservice nur mit unglaublich mühsamem Hin- und Her, zig E-Mails und off-topic automatisierten Antworten erreicht. Wow, Freude meinerseits endlich eine Anlaufstelle die mir helfen kann/will. Falsch gedacht! Hier wird nicht mal der Versuch unternommen auch nur annähernd den Anschein zu erwecken, dem Kunden helfen zu wollen. Ganz im Gegenteil! Freche Antworten, ohne auch nur im Geringsten auf die Fragen/Forderungen zu reagieren. Schuld ist der Versanddienstleister bzw. Ich selbst, da ich ja eine mir nicht bekannte Abstellgenehmigung erteilt hätte. Lieferant ist somit fein raus! Gratuliere hierzu - bullshit Company!!

Absolutely shocking service. I've been waiting for over two weeks for the remainder of my order. I've raised a ticket with them, and e-mail over 4 times, but still no response. They are impossible to get hold of. I like the clothes, but I would never order from them again.

Absolutely awful customer service. Order not dispatched within time frame. Tracking didn’t work for days post dispatch. When it did start to work stated the package had been delivered in Belgium and marked as return to sender. I’m based in the UK. Raised a query on the website requesting an update as to what’s was happening. Only received auto responses to articles on their website. Despite more emails and customer service enquiries never received a response from a human nor update on my delivery nor refund for my order which still hasn’t turned up! Avoid like the plague!

They sent the wrong size and refused to exchange. They were also pretty rude about it. Would not order from this company

Always happy with the quality of RVCA clothes but their own web site delivery times are very very bad as is their customer service. From now on I will order the RVCA brand through a 3rd party site like City Beach, as City Beach actually deliver their orders quickly and on time.

I would never order again with them.

I ordered and received the items promptly, really nice quality and easy up until that point. However returning an item and getting a refund has been a pain. Sending multiple messages to customer service and getting NO response has been challenging. I even received a case number from Quicksilver in French (a company under the same umbrella, but I never placed an order with them, also not in French as I ordered to Germany)
I received my refund approx. 6 weeks after the return was received, very painful process.

I ordered climbing skins in november but still have not got them. RVCA blaims the customs but the do nothing to help me. Now I cant even reach them by the mailadress that they earlier used. This is a major fake company. Do not order anything from them.

J'avais un Bon cadeau de 500€, j'ai commandé pour 525€ d'articles. Certains ne taillaient pas bien ou étaient décevant en terme de couleur/qualité par rapport aux images sur le site. J'ai retourné ces articles pour les échanger contre d'autres. Au lieu de procéder à un échange, RVCA a gardé mes articles et m'a remboursé de 25€ (au lieu de 168€) en me signalant qu'aucun retour n'était possible avec un bon cadeau. Ils ont toujours mes articles qui me sont dûs, je considère ça comme du VOL ! Bien entendu, dès que j'aborde le sujet avec le service client, silence radio.

Purchased items on 10/19, it is now 11/30 and still have yet to receive anything. They don't return emails and the customer service line might as well be a bunch of 6 year olds running it. Absolutely inept! All I get is "I'm sorry". Bro give me my fkn products that I ordered almost 1.5 months ago.

FUCCKK RVCA and every brand that has sold out to the umbrella company that's running it all!

I have been trying to return my items.
I got an email with a return code, but when I click on it, I can't access the page.

I then used your contact form and was told it was the wrong one I was told by email.
But then they directed me to the place where I originally started my return, which supplied the page for which I can't access labels.

I just want to return my items and it shouldn't be this hard.

I will not be shopping with you ever again because how difficult it has been.

Unfortunately I have to add to the poor reviews. Customer service is terrible.

Ordered something, it was good quality but did not fit. I returned it as per their instructions, but waited way past the timeframe given to get my refund. When I contacted them they gave different information than is on the website, and I had to contact them again after the new timeframe given had passed to prompt them for the refund. It appeared, finally, but there was no apology for the lateness, or even a note to say it had been completed.

Why they cannot process a refund within a few days (or a week at the most) after the return has been received at the warehouse I cannot fathom.

I might have bought a different size if the money had come back sooner. Will not shop with them again. Boardriders companies are usually a lot better than this. Sort it out!

Awful customer service, tried to use the 20% birthday voucher and it wouldn’t work. Board riders rewards aren’t accepted by rvca. Repeatedly denied my £15 discount. Tried all the fixes customer service suggested to no avail and now I’m being ignored.
