I ordered 2 chains cuz there was a discount that said 2 for 1 that was aight and I payed it said buy today and we will send it in 24 hours so I liked it looked at some reviews and it looked good. So I bought it and I waited 5 days for an email that said it was sent to my posting office now 7 days later it still hasn’t arrived at the posting office. I was buying this for my younger brother because he just turned to God and wanted a nice cross chain like me so I bought him that for his bd that was 4 days ago. Gave him 50 tho and said they’ll be coming later so I bought diff ones. Don’t think they real and it’s just a dumb scam don’t fall for it like my dumbass!

Schnelle Lieferung, ja. Gleichzeitig entspricht die Qualität lediglich der einer Billigproduktion und nicht der von Edelstahl mit 18K Vergoldung. Hochwertigkeit ist was anderes und da ist der Preis schon recht hoch für das was man da bekommt. Preis / Leistung ist also schon mal unterirdisch.
Vom unkonventionellen Weg der Rückgabe (per Email die Rückgabe anfragen) abgesehen, war die Antwort des Supports folgende: “[…] Please be advised that for items purchased during a promotional sale, our policy allows for returns in exchange for store credit or replacement items only. This policy is clearly stated during the checkout process and outlined in our return policy on our website. […]“ (Ich kann zwar meine Bestellung zurückschicken, bekomme allerdings nur einen Gutschein oder andere Produkte, was ich offensichtlich nicht möchte.)
Diese klare Meldung von der geschrieben wird ist beim Check-Out NICHT auffindbar. Ich bekomme mein Geld also nicht wieder.
Fazit: tut euch selbst den Gefallen und lasst die Finger davon!

Ich habe leider seit meiner Bestellung ( ca 3 Wochen ) versucht eine Kette umzutauschen . Habe etliche Mails geschrieben . Wurde immer wieder vertröstet und man wurde hingehalten . Es fand bis heute kein Austausch der neuen Kette statt .
Ich sollte eine positive Bewertung abgeben, damit man dann endlich die Kette losschicken würde .
Es waren nur Versprechungen .
Ich habe diese geschrieben und danach kam leider auch mal wieder keine Kette an.
Ich kann niemanden empfehlen dort zu bestellen . Jegliche Hilfe bleibt aus .
So eine Art und Weise habe ich noch nie woanders erlebt .
Sitze jetzt auf diese Kette und habe das Geld quasi zum Fenster raus geschmissen .
Geht lieber in einen richtigen Schmuckladen, der es gut mit euch macht .

Ook wij hebben het probleem van retourneren ervaren, geen reactie of uiteindelijk dat alleen een tegoedbon mag maar nog steeds geen retourlabel.
Dit is idd in strijd met de Nederlandse wet maar dat nemen ze dus niet zo nauw.

Mooie ketting en de kleur blijft. Vervaagd niet 👌🏻

I purchased a men’s chain from this seller and I am disappointed to say the least. This was supposed to be a birthday gift and now it’s ruined. Their website states 24 hours shipping to Canada which I didn’t t think was realistic, but I expected it to tar 4-5 days. I reached out to their CS to request them to cancel the order. I got an email two days later saying they’re having trouble getting the tracking number from the courier- are you kidding me?? This email came 8 days after I purchased the chain. I don’t believe the product had even been shipped out when they sent the email. In this day and age it shouldn’t take 8 days to get a tracking number even if you’re using locol courier. If you’re buying from them use PayPal as an option incase you need to get a refund for Jon delivery. I’m so glad I did. Extremely disappointed!

Nog steeds niks ontvangen, de bestelling is van 28 februari.
Trap hier niet in, ze sturen niks en je ontvangt niks. Ik kan al het mailverkeer met een ai Sophie klantenservice laten zien.

Eine tolle Kette zum super Preis. Sie fühlt sich gut an und sieht richtig gut aus. Dusche, Sport, alles kein Problem mit der Optik.
