Good product , and super fast shipping

Unit looks good. Performs well. I especially like the 500 watt setting. Plenty of heat and lower cost.

I was very pleased with my order of the fireplace. It is exactly what you said. It would be and it was packaged to perfection. I was very impressed. On time and got here with no issues whatsoever I will order again with you in the future and tell my friends about you thank you so very much.

We have been extremely pleased with the electric fireplaces we order for our Hawkins Homes! They look beautiful in the finished homes and add such a nice modern touch to the living spaces. The quality, appearance, and overall value have been great, and they consistently give our homes that extra “wow” factor for buyers.

We’ve been very happy with our experience and will definitely continue ordering these fireplaces for our homes. Highly recommend!

Great grill and great company to deal with.

Great product !! Packaged very well and
Delivery was right on time .

For the money it’s a great product. Delivery was great. I can’t say enough about it so far I’ve used it probably six times and it’s done very well.

The side burner igniter was missing and the propane tank connector leaked

Excellent customer service

Putting it together was pretty good. I mean I had two people there were two people putting it together. The only bad thing is is that the delivery guy he left it on my porch so it’s not like I could’ve picked it up and really put it into my garage where I had lots and lots and lots of room, but that’s still in. It wasn’t a big big deal. I just had to rearrange some stuff on my porch but other than that two thumbs up.

Unit sucks.....
to hard to keep food from burning.
Bad design.

The best part is easy to clean

Looks great! Super fast shipping and easy to install. Thank you!

The unit came on time and as described. It was very easy to put together. The only disappointment I have is trying to tell whether the flame is actually on or not. From where I was, you could only hear it, and not see it. Of course you can feel the heat. I would have given you the full 5 stars if I could just see a flame.

Vicky was amazing handling my concern with my grill!

Had an issue with my order and Customer Service was on top of it with a quick response and resolution. Loved the option to control this from my phone and the ability to change the insert.

It starts every time and I love the way it cooks the food. With a great sear that taste great.

You sent a grill from Electactic, charged 299.00. that company sells that same grill for 218.00. it appears you just drop shipped a grill from them, you owe me about 70.00$. bunch of crooks r w flame!
