Absolutely amazing experience at the Rx4lakes wild swim and sauna 😍. David couldn’t be more welcoming, helpful and supportive. The sauna is amazing with aromatic oils used to enhance and relax you while you admire the stunning views of the beach & especially magical at sunset. Am new to cold water swimming but felt extremely supported, encouraged and enjoyed every minute of it. I slept like a baby after this and my skin felt amazing!!! 💯 will be back and would highly recommend.

Great location, great experience and a lovely guy to boot.

I booked the sauna for my hen do and we all had a great time! David was great at helping me organise it and we had plenty of craic with him on the day! The sauna itself was lovely, it had great views over the beach and we had a great day for it which helped. We also went for a little dip but would recommend bringing water shoes/ wetsuit boots as it’s a bit pebbly. Would definitely book this again if I was back in the area!

Fabulous wood fired sauna at St Bees. Enjoyed every session I’ve been to. David is always welcoming and helpful. Views from the sauna are just beautiful especially at sunset and dusk. Definitely recommend a visit 😊
