WARNING: Failed Implant Treatment, Loss of a Healthy Tooth, Emergency Surgery and Thousands in Extra Costs
I travelled to this clinic hoping to improve my smile. Unfortunately, my experience became one of the most painful, stressful and expensive experiences of my life.
Shortly after my implant surgery, I began experiencing significant pain around one of the implants. Whenever I contacted the clinic, I was repeatedly told to take painkillers and wait.
After around 10 days, the pain became unbearable and I paid to travel back to the clinic. I was told it was an infection and was prescribed antibiotics, but the problem was not properly resolved.
I returned home and the pain continued. It affected my sleep, work and daily life. I became so desperate that I travelled back a second time at my own expense. I even told them I would pay extra if necessary just to correct the problem.
A healthy tooth that had never caused me any pain or problems before treatment was then extracted. Despite losing that tooth, the pain continued.
The implant I had been concerned about from the beginning eventually became mobile and failed. After nearly two months of suffering, I lost confidence in the clinic and sought treatment elsewhere.
Independent dentists later advised me that multiple implants required removal due to failure, poor positioning, or concerns regarding their long-term prognosis. I ultimately had to undergo major corrective surgery to remove implants and start treatment again.
This experience resulted in months of pain and discomfort, multiple infections, three courses of antibiotics, loss of a healthy tooth, failure of the implant I repeatedly complained about, further surgery, approximately £4,000 in extra costs, time away from work, and significant emotional stress.
Another major concern was the lack of transparency. I struggled to find clear information about the dentists responsible for treatment, their qualifications, registrations, certificates, or detailed professional profiles. This made it difficult to verify who was carrying out the procedures or seek accountability when complications occurred.
Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this clinic.
Please do your research carefully, get independent advice, and obtain full written documentation before committing to treatment.

Attention méfiez-vous RYL CLINIC devient TYLER CLINIC. Ces individus maintenant jouent avec les changements pour attirer les patients. Car ryl clinc commence a avoir une mauvaise réputation mais quand même faire Attention aussi a tyler clinic

First time in my life comming to the dentist, had several implants and special treatment for my good tooths, doctors are kind and staff are patient, premises are spotless, the tech used herenis world class, accomodation included and very confy.
I highly reccomand RYL Clinic.

La pose des implants Straumann BLX s’est très bien déroulée.
L’intervention chirurgicale était maîtrisée et, sur le plan technique, je n’ai rien à reprocher à cette étape.

En revanche, mon expérience a été beaucoup plus décevante sur la phase prothétique et sur la communication globale.

Je suis revenu 5 mois plus tard pour la pose des piliers et des bridges sur les deux arcades. À ce moment-là, il y a eu un manque total de communication médicale :
• aucune explication avant le rendez-vous sur ce qui allait être fait,
• aucune explication après le rendez-vous sur le travail réalisé,
• aucune possibilité d’échanger calmement avec le médecin.

À la place, le patient est constamment entouré d’assistantes et de commerciaux qui tentent de répondre à des questions médicales, alors que ce n’est pas leur rôle.
Il est quasiment impossible de revoir le médecin pour poser des questions précises ou comprendre les choix thérapeutiques.

Le point le plus problématique concerne le protocole prothétique :
les bridges ont été collés, alors que le protocole All-on-6 est classiquement basé sur le vissage, notamment pour des raisons de maintenance et de suivi à long terme.
👉 Aucune information préalable ne m’a été donnée sur ce choix de collage, et aucun consentement éclairé n’a été recueilli sur cette décision.

Pour un traitement aussi lourd et aussi engageant, ce défaut d’information et de dialogue avec le médecin est inacceptable.

➜ En résumé :
• ✔️ Chirurgie implantaire réussie
• ❌ Communication quasi inexistante avec le médecin
• ❌ Patient laissé face aux assistantes/commerciaux
• ❌ Choix thérapeutiques importants faits sans explication ni validation

C’est regrettable, car avec une meilleure transparence et une vraie relation médecin–patient, l’expérience aurait pu être bien meilleure.

Aujourd’hui j’ai placé mes couronnes et je suis très satisfait de résultat c’est magnifique je conseille tt le monde à venir ici pour faire ces dents merci à ryl clinic

Communication was second to none, contacting me for appointments and if I Needed anything throughout my stay, hotel was very good which included breakfast, the dentists were first class and efficient, I will highly recommend this clinic to friends and family knowing they will receive great 1st class treatments
