Zustand 1,5 mangelhafte Tasche?
Ich habe eine Tasche, nagelneu inkl. allem Zubehör und noch Sticker auf der Hardware, zu Saclab gesendet. Meine Tasche wurde mit Zustand 1,5 gelistet- obwohl neu und ungetragen und seit Kauf in der Box lag. Ok- komisch dachte ich- nach Nachfragen wurde mir nicht wirklich hier geholfen...Die Tasche wurde verkauft und ich war vorab zufrieden- bis eben auf die fehlende Kommunikation....man vermutet Überforderung oder zu viele Anfragen an das Personal...Dann hatte ich jedoch Interesse an einer Tasche die auch mit Zustand 1,5 gelistet war...und dachte mir, ok- laut Beschreibung ist die Tasche neuwertig- und meine Tasche- komplett neu- wurde auch mit diesem Zustand gelistet- da kann ja nicht viel passieren...falsch gedacht. Die Tasche hatte erhebliche Abnützungen und Farbabtragungen an den Ecken- ich war geschockt! Bei Nachfragen bei Saclab watetet ich wieder tagelang auf eine Antwort- um zu meinem erschrecken dann eine total bösartige- schon überhebliche Antwort zu erhalten...Ich werde dort nie wieder was verkaufen oder kaufen- zudem ich ursprünglich zu Saclab ging aufgrund- das ich dachte es sei dort ein guter Support- und wenn man auf der Webseite nach unten Scrollt - scheint dort schon sehr viel verkauft worden zu sein...jedoch scheinen dort auch Taschen als Verkauft auf- die von den Besitzern zurückgeholt wurden weil Saclab diese nicht verkaufen konnte...hier wird man wirklich als Kunde in die irre geführt...die überhebliche Art des Teams ist auch nicht empfehlenswert! Kaufe oder Verkaufe dort nie wieder etwas.

Customer Service replied very friendly and quickly. The Chanel bag that I ordered was shipped from Germany on Tuesday and arrived the next day, in the Netherlands. The bag looked even better in person, it's so beautiful and I'm very happy with my purchase. Also the free spa-service is such a nice touch to your purchase. The pricing is very reasonable. I will definitely order at Saclab again in the future!

The buying experience on SacLàb website is great, you can reserve bags for up to 24h and this was crucial in my decision-making process. The website is also very user friendly and their pictures are very high quality.
The free shipping and free returns policy was also essential, as I knew I could return the bag in case it was not what I expected (other premium resellers don't allow that). The shipping is also super fast, my bag came on next day delivery.
The bag I bought had an excellent price for its conditions. It matched the description perfectly. It even came with a bag insert, which I wasn't expecting and found it a pleasant surprise!
The hand written note they added to the parcel was also a lovely touch.
Will definitely purchase with them again!
