Service was first class from start to finish. Did exactly as Will said they would. Workmen were first class very clean and tidy and professional. Never stopped all day. Would very highly recommend to anyone. Also the price was very reasonable. Over the moon with it. Thank you once again to all the staff concerned..

Just over 6 weeks from the initial quotation the doors and windows were competently fitted. The workmen were very good, explaining what they were doing, and cleaned up all areas afterwards. The salesman, surveyors who did the measuring up and office staff kept us informed and changed the Installation date to suit us. Would highly recommend this company to others.

We used safe and sound window company had a new windows and doors fitted from them the guys who came to work was very friendly and good workers cleaned after all the work trustable very satisfied with work.i would recommend to all my friends and family's to get window and doors fitted from this company affordable price.10 out 10 to workers.

Efficient, quick, punctual , properly cleaned up, v friendly staff

The fitters made everything worth it . Very professional polite and very respectful . Cleaned up as they went along always asking if everything is ok .,

This company only care how to sell, nothing else.. fitting was shocking.
Fitters don't care about your belongings, walk all over new fitted carpets without covering those, dirty sheets and tools on bed, scratched door and noone cares.
When i mention that door scratched they silicone that damage with dirty fingers and told me "well anyway you have to paint that door".. which hasn't been planned.

Keep phoning and trying to sell more windows and doors. As bad scam.

Spoke to manager and said two out of three windows are squealing when close, got promiss to sort issue out now a month is gone... probably what? Do not care.. have to phone by myself...

This review is on behalf of my elderly mother. Ordered guttering, down pipes, fascias and plastic end caps in July 23, fitted in October 23 and since installation there have been nothing but problems. It was a job scheduled for 3 days & took 2 weeks. The company have been out on a number of occasions as the End-caps blew off in the first bit of wind. Each time the company come out and fit on, they fall off. One of the workmen said to my mum that there is nothing to fasten the Endcaps on to. If this is the case, why were they sold to her at a cost of almost 4.5k!!! The company now do not respond to my mother. We would not recommend this company at all.

Thank you for taking the time to respond. It is a shame that you could not correspond with my mother directly on the times she contacted you about her issues with your installation. I am aware that you revisited her on a number of occasions to replace the end caps, however, 10 caps were still off and the mortar beneath some had come out, leaving large holes. In the absence of any response from yourselves in recent months (having said you would return), we have now had to try & do a temporary repair, to prevent water ingress and the wind getting underneath the exposed tiles.

Had some windows replaced, 10/10 experience from the start, highly recommended

Had two large bedroom windows fitted by safe and sound at a very good price. Very professional and good after sales service. Would use again.

Happy with the guttering, not enamoured with the service.

Have been contacted every 6 months by Safe and Sound Windows since an original quote a couple of years ago, and we finally decided to have the guttering replaced on our conservatory. The salesman was round the next day, measured up and provided us with a price which we were happy with. The deal was agreed and a deposit was paid. We were then told we would be contacted by a surveyor who would come out to confirm the measurements previously taken, which happened a couple of days later. We were told this would go back to the Installation team who would be in touch with us about a date. This was in March and this is when the issues arose. After waiting for a round 4 weeks I decided to start chasing as we hadn't heard a thing. I'll spare all the details, but let's just say several phone calls and excuses later, we were finally given a date and the chaps came and did a great job of the guttering. This was in May.

Like I said, no complaints with the work, just could have done without the back and forth to get it done. Oh and to cap it off, we were called two days after completion to pay the remaining balance, even though I had had to chase in the first place.

Would I recommend for the work, absolutely but you may have to keep on top of them to get it done.

They came on time put new glass in 2 bay windows made no mess very polite I had to go out and I had no problem leaving them very trustworthy

Much better prices than the big companies offered and really good service. Had them twice now for different things. Everyone really pleasant to deal with.

When safe and sound windows company came out to put my windows and doors in the men’s was very professional and polite and friendly they did an excellent job and cleaned up after themselves very happy with the service they did for me

Mike was a conscientious worker covering my flooring and sofa. He worked efficiently which meant the doors were installed in under four hours. Cleaned up after wards and left everything clean and tidy.

Had 3 windows replaced at my property. The sales reps  Glen was polite and always available to answer my queries. The surveyor Matthew was help and on the day of the install it was quicker than anticipated and  very tidy

Had black windows and doors fitted last month, had 0 problems throughout, Gareth the manager has been fantastic, the fitters Craig and Mark did an excellent job, i absolutely love them and have already recommended to a family member.
