Great service! I had an issue with my boiler so Safehouse tended on my emergancy through my letting agent. Within 4 hours Safehouse had fixed the boiler! Would highly recommend!

I'll tell you how good these guys are. We had to move our property OUT of Foxtons Estate agents just so that we didn't have to have them as a maintenance contractor. Quotes are shocking and diagnosis of issues are amateur. We ended up having to send our own contractors to one property about 3 times due to made up quotes. When we showed our contractor what Safehouse diagnosed one issue as they asked us if they sent Stevie Wonder to analyse the situation.

They replastered and painted all the walls of my property due to a damp issue, the finishing is amazing so much attention to detail, fantastic job!

I had no heating and no hot water with a 1 month old baby and they had an engineer over within the hour! Thank you guys so much, very friendly and so efficient would definitely recommend

Use and abuse to engineers sort of company
Don’t get scammed by the high salary they advertising
worked very hard with this company as an engineer , repairing , installing boilers and doing all sorts of repairs and plumbing
Thinking I will be greatly paid
They pay me in some weeks £300 which can hardly cover my petrol

They are an unprofessional, dodgy and completely careless company. Their engineer caused gas leaking from the boiler and left without repairing it. I found out about the leak the next morning when I opened the storage room with the boiler. I called them straight away and they promised, as the situation was urgent, they would send someone. Myself and the agency kept calling them the whole day, they were selling us this bullsh... that someone will come, someone will call me back. That never happened. They are dangerous. Absolute disgrace. Agencies, please avoid them at any costs. You can see by the reviews that they are dodgy.

NOTE: I have since called them and they keep insisting that the engineer is on his way. This was scheduled at least 5 days ago. I let you judge...

This company often misses appointments and doesn’t even bother calling to notify that they won’t make it. They also attend to ”investigate” the same issue multiple times, e.g. they attended 3 times just to take photos of a water leak (the same photos each time) - clearly just a way for them to bill more hours. The jobs they have actually executed on they have been very sloppy with

This company are a joke. Terrible quality of workmanship (many examples to share if interested), unconcerned when contractors deliver illegal work, extremely overpriced (often 150%+ uplift) to landlords in comparison to local trades, complete inability to communicate, either internally or with their customers. Disinterested when leaving disabled client and kids with unfinished work and nowhere to sleep. Avoid like the plague.

Awesome team at Safe House. Craig and Stuart are a massive help. I have had issues with heating and hot water and they managed to get someone out on the same day. Easy to deal with, clear quotes. Cant fault them.

Chris and his team arrived when they said they would and took over the jobs I had for them in a way that even begrudgingly impressed the husband. They were in and out, missions accomplished all within a wink of an eye. Brilliant communication and timekeeping with some humour thrown in for good measure. 10/10 from us.
