You never told me that AMR had refused my discount, I had to repeatedly ask. Shipping overpriced and too slow.

Its easy to place an order and once the order is placed the vest ships fast.

It made it too me and fit.

I cannot believe I spent $90 plus on this cheap ass belt. It is so cheaply made, uncomfortable, and practically impossible to set up. I actually cut myself trying to move of my pouches. This whole system is a complete failure. Wish I had a time machine to go back and punch myself in the junk for even thinking about making this purchase.

Great fit and good looking. Make sure you read carefully though bc if you’re buying a bundle (plate carrier, undercover vest, soft plates, hard plates, etc.) make sure you know how many soft plates you’re wanting. I messed up and shorted myself and had to make a second purchase for hard plates and extra soft plates. But they came in decent time (except the hard plates) and have been an excellent fit. Both vests are comfortable and can be worn all day. The belt I got with the bundle has more inches on it and it’s been a good fit around my hips as well since I’m bigger (230lbs). I would recommend these products as long as you can afford it. It is great quality but you’ll pay for it.

I’ve only had the product for a couple weeks now and the product seems very sturdy and durable, which is what I needed for patrol. I really appreciate y’all product and the time every y’all put into it.

The experience ordering from Safe Life Defense was so professional and excellent that when the times come for my uncle to get another one, we will not hesitate to get it from here! Our first order didn’t really fit him and when I emailed the company in regards to an exchanged, they responded back so fast and with a free label! We was able to get the other vest in less than an a week and it fit him perfectly! No stitching out of place and the Velcro is amazing.

Product and customer service is great but waiting time is terrible. You’ll get a 0 on delivering time. I bought my bundle and it was too small, my mistake, sent it back to be exchanged and im still waiting. I'm working with no vest or protection. And I received and emailed a week later of sending my bundle back saying its going to take 4 to 8 weeks. I'm also a repeat customer and it wasn't that bad before on waiting time.

You were very fast with the entire process. From ordered, confirmation, to the shipping. It was very easy to navigate your website.

Ordered duty belt which was delivered to my house on 2/26/26. First the belt loops that hold the two buckles in place were so stiff that if I wanted to adjust them I couldn’t. Finally got all the gear on and it didn’t sit right so I contacted them for a return. They took almost 2 weeks to get back to me while the belt sat in my house. I shipped the belt back which was finally delivered on 3/30/26 and I get a email back almost 2 weeks later telling me they’re not giving me a refund because of the buckle that clips in and out has 2 pant chips on it. So you mean to tell me the buckle that literally goes in and out by design gets two paint chips on it is a reason not to issue a refund? Then they tell me that a sewn on logo that is less than an inch long was removed. Maybe if the belt buckle wasn’t put on like it was forced on to begin with where you have some room to adjust it that wouldn’t happen. So because of 2 very minor things my belt is being denied a refund and being shipped back to me. Avoid this company at all costs. Can only imagine what they’re gonna tell you if you order something like they’re body armor. You tried it on one day it didn’t fit so you send it back and they deny you a refund because it smells like you is probably the response you’ll get back from this company.

You all are true to the service you give, my daughter who is an officer had to return he service belt twice and both times they were replaced. She loves her belt but was coming a little undone cuz her stuff is heavy.Thank You 🙏

My husband and I ordered a Hyper Concealable™ HYPERLINE™ Level IIIA for each of us.

We initially called the company to get the right size, and they were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. We placed the order and received one within a week, and the second was back-ordered, with a 2-3 week lead time, but was delivered in about 2 weeks. The first one wasn't the right size. We called the company and they again were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They walked us through the process to see what the issue was. It was very easy. We emailed back and forth a few times, and each person we spoke with was super responsive and very efficient. We had a corrected recommended size the same day and received a return label for the one we had. We sent it back the next day, and within a few days they had received it and sent out the updated one. In the meantime we received the second one and it fit great. We then received the updated one and it ended up fitting really well. They truly stand behind their guarantee. We had zero issues with getting the sizing right, the vest shipped back, and the new vest shipped out.

We have worn them a few times now as part of security duties and most people could not tell we had them on. As a female, I thought I would have to size up my duty shirts and jackets, but so far it fits really well under my same size shirts and jackets and is extremely well concealed. My husband did not have to size up his shirts either. A few LEOs we work with asked if we had something on after seeing us up close, but could not tell from a distance.

I conceal carry appendix and my husband conceal carries on his strong side. Neither way to carry is impacted by the vest. We didn't feel or experience any difference in our conceal carry set ups.

The vests conceal really well and are so light. They tend to be on the warmer side, but that is to be expected with any vest.

We are very happy with the vests and the company generally. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a concealable vest.

I like the full body design, and definitely is a comfortable vest. Just the velcro honestly. Its a very loosely designed form of it. Tends to come apart if I crouch too low. The shoulder pads have barely any cushion. For the price it isnt the worst, but did expect better quality. Still aim to continue buying your equipment though just needs more work if this gets seen.

Great duty belt, its everything you advertised. My back doesn't hurt as much either since using it. The only down size is the inner belt for those of us on the heavier side it can be tricky to place it just right every time
