We are sorry to read this review and regret that Mr Cholewa feels dissatisfied with his experience.

Safetech Ltd disputes the claims made. The services delivered were carried out in accordance with the signed agreement, the agreed project brief and the materials provided to us. A full website build was produced and shared for review, and amendments were invited as part of our structured development process.

Throughout the project, we offered review meetings, including virtual and in-person sessions, to review the website, page by page, to ensure that any requested changes were clearly identified and implemented. This collaborative approach forms part of our standard process for refining and finalising client websites. Those opportunities were declined.

Where feedback was provided, our team responded and made revisions accordingly. We reject the suggestion that no work was completed or that the project consisted of copied material. All work was created within our development platform using the brief and content supplied.

We also reject the allegation of harassment. Communications issued were limited to contractual matters relating to the account and were conducted in a professional manner.

As this matter is subject to a formal dispute process, it would not be appropriate to comment further on specific details in a public forum.

SEO is a long-term strategy, and results can vary depending on competition, industry demand and changes within search engines. Throughout your campaign, we carried out ongoing optimisation work and adjusted keyword targeting in line with the services you wanted to prioritise at the time.

We are sorry to hear that you felt communication could have been clearer. Strong, transparent communication is extremely important to us. As we have grown, we have introduced a dedicated Client Success team whose role is to provide regular updates, answer questions and ensure clients fully understand performance and progress. We are continuously refining our processes to improve the overall client experience.

As with all business-to-business agreements, contract terms and notice periods are confirmed at the outset to provide clarity for both parties. When services conclude, any licensed or campaign-specific elements that form part of an active SEO strategy may be removed, while client-owned website content remains unaffected.

We have investigated your account and can see that we provided services fully in line with your order.
It is fact that yourself and Tracey continued to completely ignore our hundreds of calls to discuss your project.
Your simply refused to pay us for services provided and now spread Defamatory and Damaging comments on the internet.
We suggest that you remove the Lies and Defamation Immediately.

Unfortunately Trust Pilot has deleted all of our good reviews and left only bad reviews on this platform.

As soon as a good review is applied it is removed.

This is obviously the case until we pay them.
For this reason we have asked our clients to leave good reviews on Google only.
