Generally well presented training course with a lot of useful information. At times it was a disjointed and confusing. Presentation did jump around quite a bit. CITB questions were poorly written and would question whether they were accessible to some e.g. those with dslyexia.

The facilities were good, the course materials were OK, the instructor was very helpful.

The presentation had spelling mistakes, missing words and incorrect words.
The person presenting the course had clearly not seen the presentation before the day of the course so appeared unprepared.

Very detailed training session, it was useful having the workbook as could read through in more detail. Craig was also engaging and great in presenting.
