Glad I chose safety spectrum London for my fire door inspection and certificate. Their technician was very professional and efficient, inspection carried out and certificate back within 24 hours.
Would highly recommend.

I enquired in mid-August about fire door works and had a free site survey on 24 August. From there, the process took far longer than it should have: the first quote didn't match what had been discussed, took over a week to arrive, and repeated follow-up was needed for basic information (correct fire specification, acoustic performance, product details, locking, and the documentation needed for landlord approval). Some of this was eventually provided, some wasn't. After a formal complaint about the handling of the process, the company withdrew from the job entirely and told me to find another contractor. They also committed to a written response to the complaint by a specific date, which passed with nothing received. Communication was pleasant throughout, but the process was slow, inconsistent, and ultimately went nowhere.

Very helpful. friendly and efficient service. Booking and pricing is very reasonable. Honest opinion . I am very happy indeed.

They gave us a five-hour slot, but never showed up. We tried to call a few times and sent an email, but nobody answered.

The invoice was paid in advance, and I had to take the day off to accommodate their five-hour slot.

Very disorganized. I made the original booking on their website and scheduled the time and date. Then they told my tenants that the time and date confirmed on the website wasn’t actually available and that they needed to book another date as their portal wasn’t working correctly. They did come out on the agreed date and then a week went by, where I didn’t hear anything from them. I called and spoke to a lady whose English was very poor. She said the inspection had not been scheduled! Was unable to get clarity as to what happened. It was a very confusing conversation and thankful that my Tenants were able to confirm inspection had been completed. Still no paperwork had been sent. The same day after my phone call, the report was sent back to my Tenants, but it took a week and was only sent because I chased them up. Seems like they don’t have good admin workflow or their website portal isn’t working correctly.

I recently had fire door remedial work carried out by Safety Spectrum London and had a very good experience. The work was completed professionally and on time. I was in contact with Tabina & Syed through email and had a very good correspondence experience throughout.Tabina always provided prompt, timely, kind, and very polite replies throughout, and was extremely helpful from start to finish, making the whole process smooth, easy to understand, and highly professional.
The engineer who carried out the work was also very friendly. Really happy with the service overall and would highly recommend this company.

We used Safety Spectrum London to install inter-connected fire/smoke alarms and fire doors in a house that was becoming an HMO. We were very pleased with the service we received.
