I received a recommendation from my superannuation fund to consider Safewill if I didn't have a will already.
Trusting my super fund, I clicked the link and was pleasantly surprised by just how quick and easy the process was to compile my will, and how professionally prepared the final document was delivered up.

Easy to follow. Inexpensive to make some minor changes. Would recommend to anyone needing to make a will.

Easy to navigate and filling out forms

I wanted to try how the process works.
I was grateful for gentle persistence to push me along the way. That was the best part of the process.
It’s important to know that the important thing was taken care of in a legal and binding way. That is the essence.

Process was simple and easy to use. The finished product has raised more questions that I need to resolve before finalising. Working on the issues.

A huge help. Very easy to navigate and all instructions easy to follow.

Very easy and straight forward

The proforma was relatively easy to follow, given explanations. I was somewhat put off by the number of advertisements for your products, but accept that as a fact of life given that the will was for free.

The easy and prompt answers yay

Simple, easy to complete process. We have made two previous wills, both using online will services, but this was the only one that actually offered a proper legal review of the will, and was easily the best.

Pretty easy to fill out.

Little bit disappointed as a couple of my requests kept on coming back as rejected despite what I had stipulated. A bit frustrating when it seemed like the objective was to upgrade instead of being a service

I would have given 5 stars except that I followed up on an email sent yesterday to share the will with a relative, only to find out in the time since it has been done, no one brought to my attention that it was not signed and witnessed. Are any QA checks done on completed documents? All this time I thought it was all completed online and would have died believing I had a valid will. Now I have to try and find witnesses. Naive, I know, but where are the checks and balances on what I thought was an easy process?

Good experience with Safewill over many years, easy to use website with a simple process to complete your Will on-line. You can also upload a copy of all your signed Will plus copies of birth & marriage certificates, passport, driver’s licence and other important documents. For a small annual fee of just $15, you can update your Will as many times as you need.

Simple straightforward will making without any pressure or extra costs.
Great process. Thank you.

Just the reminder I needed to update an important family document to cater for changed circumstances.
The procedure was straightforward even for a self taught on line user.
My respect for UniSuper was the catalyst to take up the offer

So easy. An amazing service making the whole process straight forward, clear and concise. I highly recommend Safewill.

Safewill is very affordable and easy to set up. It has everything you need and more. Great customer service. Highly recommend.

It was very good to get me going to update my will but the process was a bit confusing and when I eventually finished, it did not print properly.
