It is good to do a will for the benefit of our loved ones and the charities.

The ease of putting together the will and associated documentation was terrific. Communication with the staff, if needed, was very good and they were empowered to make corrections as we worked. I was very pleased indeed as the older fashioned approaches to getting wills done were tedious, expensive and very final. The ongoing capacity to make adjustments for the very small fee of $15.00 per annum is too good to miss!

Told me will they created was wrong and needed to be redone. Looked fine to me. Ignored 5 emails to check. 1800 number failed. Finally found that will was fine (chat bot to human). They didn’t know / couldn’t check the status of the will they created for me. Poor product, poor service. Systems don’t work to standard.

I completed the will details and it was to be posted to me. I have never seen it. I keep meaning to contact you but life got in the way. Would you please be able to send it out now for signatures?

I sincerely appreciated the manner in which Safewill transcribed my mostly jumbled request into a legal and substantial document! Thank you!

Easy to use. Great prompts and simple language. This has given me peace of mind, it's wonderful to have a formal document in place.

My wife and I had not updated our will for over a decade, we would often say we need to do that but never got around to it, there was a promotion to do our will for free with Safewill and we took up the offer. It was very easy to do it online with the step by step process with help prompts along the way.

We opted to sign up for $15 per year per will, which will allow us to simply login any time to update it whenever we want, we think that is a value for money service at a total of $30 per annum for the both of us.

A simple, easy and professional way to do my life admin! Will done, power of attorney done, opportunity to get one done for my husband as well, done! Thanks Safewill, happy with that.

Very reliable and supporting and encouraging and thankyou for all your help during the time to explain and every word was beautifully said and done and I thankyou for your taking your time during this period, Thankyou once again.

The Safewill website is easy to use . The whole process was so simple yet effective.

Straightforward and easy to use website. Quick response to queries

The set up was great but the advertisement stated free until June 1 but no discount was applied. False advertising very annoying. Will not be recommending to others

The process was straightforward and easy. The response from the company was very quick.

If I had done this survey last week it would have been an excellent review, but yesterday both my husband and I received an email to say there was an error with the numbers on the original will and it needed to be re printed. Having paid to get the will printed in the first place and signed I now have the hassle of reprinting and getting it signed again.

I can’t believe how quick and simple that was.

Dealing with Safewill was excellent. It was easy to navigate the online form, when contacted I received good, helpful and quick replies.
Very professional and smooth. I certainly can recommend Safewill.

The set up was easy to understand and the requirements to provide information was straightforward

Easy, straight forward, affordable, and legitimate. Great Australian service 👍🏻

This is an absolute fantastic way to deal with what is otherwise a terrible task that has to be done.
Getting their feedback every step of the way is very reassuring and when you come across something you don't quite understand. You can call, live chat or email them with a fast response.
There is no time limit on getting the deed done which makes the experience very comfortable.
