Very happy as always with quality of my order and delivery.

This is not the first time this has happened, as summer days are warm now delivery in unrefrigerated vans and transit meat in long hours meant my poultry n meat was warm in and out of regulated temperatures and smelt foul.
Do not recommend to use delivery service on warm days this will cross contaminate your meat.

Incredible produce, well packaged, really well labelled - including the % of fat in certain products like the mince which is super helpful! The Lamb chops are so delicious, the best I've ever had, yet to work my way through the rest of the produce but I cannot recommend them enough!

We ordered a whole lamb for Qurbani, unfortunately the courier they use DPD local couldn't deliver it on time, supposed to be next day but it arrived a day later and was on the verge of going off all the ice packs had melted, totally put me off ordering meat online again.

Update 10/6/26

They replaced the whole order, it arrived on time and the meat was fresh, thank you.

I bought pastrami, cooked meat and absolutely my favourite food- back lamb chops when ch are brilliant. I do d a couple today of in the Ninja as a trial run. They turned out tender and just as if they were oven cooked. My pastrami and beef I use for sandwiches for dinner have a game of golf, and by of my friends.
The service from easy ordering to delivery right on my doorstep is smooth and friendly and trouble free.

We received the order in good time, exactly as requested. The Beef Bacon came in decent slices, easy to separate & cook. Ot was everything they promised, cooking crisp for the wife and not so crisp for me - absolutely delicious!

I’ve been ordering from Safforn Alley for a while. Amazing quality meat that you can easily tell it is such good quality and very tasty! I’ve never had any delivery issues, but one time I did (DPD to blame completely-delivered a meat that’s been sitting at the back of a boiling hot van on one of the hottest days) I’ve got in touch with safforn alley as the whole package was ruined, Christopher went above and beyond and sorted it out within an hour of getting in touch with them! Exceptional customer support and I couldn’t praise them enough! Thank you!

The variety of meats and quality was excellent. You really can taste the difference and the price point is not bad. Easy to order and delivery was good, no complaints. I really enjoyed the chicken, it was just so tasty and fresh. I'm not a big fan of handling liver but because of how it was packaged, made my life so easy and my niece and I polished the thing off in no time. I didn't even know she liked liver. Will certainly be ordering again.

After having a question about the sourcing of a product answered immediately and efficiently I placed an order.This alone is rather unusual nowadays.
Later in the day my plans unfortunately had changed and I needed to cancel my order .Not sure if this was possible, I sent an email requesting a cancellation/refund , and within 10mins I had received just that.

I can only marvel at this exceptionally fast ,helpful , and friendly customer service provided by Christopher David.

The quality of meat and chicken is unparalleled, from raw meat to sausages and deli options.

yes, it is on the expensive side, so you have to be selective on what you get, but it is worth it.

Customer service is also great, espicially Christopher, he is very responsive on email, and calls in case the order has any changes before it ships to discuss options.

We recently ordered from Saffron Halal Meat and had a genuinely excellent experience throughout. The quality of the meat was outstanding and you can clearly tell they take pride in offering a premium product. Everything arrived very well packaged, fresh, and exactly as expected.

Customer service was also very impressive. The team were responsive, polite, and helpful whenever I contacted them regarding the order and delivery.

Overall, a very positive experience and we would definitely order again. The only small point I would mention is the pricing. While the quality absolutely reflects a premium standard, it would be nice to see halal meat become a little more accessible and affordable for families, especially as it is increasingly feeling like a luxury purchase these days.
