I've been happy to use SageMailer for a few months now. Thanks to Anna for solving my problem with sending emails to the wrong customer list! If you want to set everything up correctly, just contact the support team for help that and it will save you a lot of time

Request a Review emails are sent to customers that have applied for refunds, even if you specify it not to. So you have to manually go in and delete these scheduled emails.

Great & Simple User interface and handy Pre-written Email Templates for Amazon Japan!

We've been selling on Amazon for over 7 years across 4 countries and this is by far the best solution we've come across. The features and service you get is outstanding value for the price you pay, and the interface is extremely clean and easy to use.

Features such as adding multiple countries, creating emails, copying emails from different countries, searching for orders/customers are very easy to do. And if you set it up - you can stop it from sending follow up emails to people who email you before the follow-up email is sent. The additional feature to monitor product feedback was icing on the cake.

I have contacted their customer support a number of times be-purchase and post-purchase and my questions have always been answered promptly and with great detail.

I always highly recommend Sagemailer to anyone. Great job guys! Thanks for making a great product!

support is slow. I am having an issue with the sagemailer. it shows the emails have been delivered but not a single email has been opened since Feb 25th, 2020. its more than 48 hours there is no response. i don't understand what i am paying for. new seller using fba like us selling the same product as are getting more review and we are having like 3 reviews a month. time to turn to other review software promoted by amazon in seller central.

Very clear and intuitive product. I am a new seller to amazon (India) and I am using this product from almost my first month. What mattered was that 1. Someone could religiously followup with my customers - Sagemailer does that. 2. The communication would be in my control - Sagemailer lets me compose the words I need to send to my customer. There is enough and more customization possibilities in their product as well - I intend to use it to make things more powerful. And the service is great. Anytime I have pinged on their chat, I have received prompt and complete response from Maria. I recommend this to any and every seller on Amazon, like a well-wishing friend recommended it to me.

Extremely easy to use, and even easier to interpret. The templates are everything you need, and I could not find them anywhere else. I have only been using SageMailer for 2 weeks, but I am already hooked!

I would thoroughly recommend SageMailer. The software is simply to use and very effective. We haven't been using it for long but it is already generating lots of reviews for us.

Love it! The price is reasonable and the auto emails are fantastic! I have used other auto email responders before and found this one the most helpful! I like that it informs me when I get a new review or feedback from customer, great tool for selling on Amazon!

Sagemailer is a very good and helpful tool to generate product reviews. The support is excellent.
However, new announced features are usually released later than originally announced. But we can live with that, because you can also bring in your own feature wishes.So with every step of development the tool is getting better and better.

works as expected on autopilot :). I am using SageMailer for about 1 year now and had no issues. Also, customer support reacts fast and open for discussions and new ideas.

I tired 5 to 6 platforms searching for the best before I settled on SageMailer. Why? They offer first class support at my fingertips and are always very obliging, the website is very easy to use and free of clutter,, it's also appealing to the eye and it's bug free unlike some auto email apps I tried. I highly recommend to any Amazon seller. 5 Full Stars for Sage!

Awesome customer service, I came for a bug and I got my bug solved, and many other inquiries solved! inquiries I didn't knew I had even before chatting with them! Super customer service for a super tool, there are few companies that worries about customer service I am afraid and Sagemailer team is doing an amazing job.

This tool seems very useful and is very easy to use, it is the best tool I have tried to send automatic emails to clients. In addition, it has an excellent customer service and support, they are always available to help you if you have any questions or problems. I recommend it 100%.
