Quality toys

I’ve got a Woden train set for my son and I’m very happy with the quality of the product and how it is easy to set up.
Also the customer support team is very helpful and friendly. They know how to satisfy customers☺️

Amazingly fast service!!

Needed a product I couldn’t get anywhere else. Ordered it in the evening and got it the next day without having to pay extra. Amazing service!!!

This purchase was upgrade to already owned train set, made it more fun to play with.

We already had train set from different company and needed to upgrade it to the longer version. Ordered parts fit perfectly (bridge and tunnel). Set of longer train carts is very nice, but bc they are longer, carts have difficulty to go around the curves. We use them on the track that is mostly strait. Good quality and very fast shipping, thank you!

The wrong item was sent when I ordered…

The wrong item was sent when I ordered directly from your website. Just the same as it happened twice before when I ordered that same product through the Amazon app.

This Company is Awesome

When I received the holiday Lincoln logs I was missing a door. I notified the company. I thought I was just getting a replacement door but received a new box of Lincoln logs holiday set. I was over joyed! Thank you so much. This will be remembered for many Christmas’ to come.

I did not receive the item I ordered…

I initially received the wrong item, but after contacting seller, they responded quickly and followed up with until I got the correct product.

Great customer service

I had an issue with one of the 3d wooden marble puzzles I purchased. I felt the issue was due to the manufacturer design and lack of a good instructions for that part and area of the model. I decided I needed to contracted customer service
It was my good fortune to have April be my contract. We discussed what my issue was and how it caused me not to complete the model. After a short discussion, April said the company would send a new replacement model at no cost me under warranty, you can’t ask for more than that.
April handled the whole process in a very pleasant and professional manner.
I thank April and the company for honoring the product warranty.

First shipment arrived damaged, you responded promptly and sent replacement. Thank you. Replacement showed up today and thankfully it was not damaged but don't know how after seeing the box when it arrived. You may want to evaluate your current box supplier and use something sturdier or file complaint with the carrier. They have been careless with both my orders. With all this being said as a company your service was excellent. I just wanted to point out the shipping issues. I will send you pics

I highly recommend this company for its quality products and outstanding customer service (eyes on you, Shirley!). Out of all the gifts my grandson got for his birthday, this is the one he plays with the most. The pieces are really well made and plentiful.

Great and Fast Customer Service

I ordered several toys for Christmas Day. A few were not delivered with the first drop-off, and I reached out to track the order because I had not created an account and could not log in. I have received a response email fast and with info about the tracking, and I have received the rest of the toys in time. Thank you.
