I ordered a t-shirt on May 4th, and I still have not receive. There is no information about my order. I can’t see anything, if it is on its way or not. I emailed on the 11th of May, and there is still no reply. Then I texted from dm and nothing. I can say that the customer service is awful.

I've only ordered one item from this store, which was their Swan knitted jumper. It being £77 I had very high expectations for the quality and longevity of the piece and I must say it has lived up to my expectations. It is very high quality, thick material which, compared to a lot of other brands at similar price points, definitely surpasses its competition. I will say that when I received the jumper I noticed a lot of loose threads on the inside, which worried me a bit but almost a year on from then and it hasn't caused any issues. My jumper is in excellent condition.

The only issue with this brand in my opinion is the lack of sizing charts on their website. Their clothing is unisex so it can be difficult to determine what the best size will be when the only descriptors are 'Oversized'. I exchanged my jumper for a smaller size and Yasmin was very helpful at sorting things out for me.

Additionally the restocks of sold out products are very few and far between, and they don't post on their social media to notify when this happens so it is just luck and continuously checking the website. Their chunky wool jumper has been out of stock for months now unfortunately.

Saint777 has amazing clothes—stylish, high-quality, and super comfortable! Their customer service is outstanding, always going above and beyond. Highly recommend!

I normaly dont write reviews but this is horibile. I orderd a knit sweater from their webstore and never recieved any news. Regarding the shipping. I sent a enmail to both mentoined emails in the FAQ. and they were unresponsive. And i didnt get my money back

Package came decorated in gift wrapping & comes with a handwritten note which I think is a cool touch, they were very helpful on email when I put the wrong address they helped correct, you can tell they really care about the customers :)

Extremely poor quality of the clothing. Washed according to instructions. Wash at a maximum temperature of 30 degrees and do not tumble dry. I did both only to see a completely mutilated sweater with smudges in it...

I ordered a jacket and it was too small and badly made, so I asked for a refund as it sates on the website that I have to email Yasmin so I can process the refund. I have been emailing this Yasmin for some time now and I have not had one response from them. This so upsetting I actually wanted to get more items. I’m so confused as to why there is no response. Please someone help me!!!! I am entitled to a refund but I’m not able to issue one because I’m getting nothing but air time from saint 777.

I don’t usually review at all but it’s such an underrated amazing brand i bought a sweater and it’s so heavy and amazing quality, a steal for the price

Returned my order but didn’t get my money back from them

Ordered a tshirt based off measurements online.
Tshirt arrived smaller than stated. Been trying to return the item since March and no response to emails or social media platforms. Customer service is non existent & nothing short of appalling. I’m currently £40 out of pocket. Do not use this company
