First off, we’re really sorry to hear about the mix-up and the troubles you’ve had with your order. We totally get how frustrating it is when things don’t go as planned, especially when you’re excited about new goodies!
We checked our system and saw that we did indeed send out a similar item by mistake. Our bad! As soon as you gave us the heads up, we sent the correct item your way. And as a little apology, we told you to keep the extra item on us.
Now, about that sniffer top – we feel your pain. It’s definitely not fun when something breaks. Just a quick reminder: we do have some warnings on our website about not over-tightening the sniffer tops, as this can cause them to break. And leaving them on the bottle too long can make the plastic degrade.
