Saints Atelier 

I bought two Bible study guides from saints label. Some of the context on each page is so tiny I can’t read it. I asked for a refund and was told I could only get 50% of the cost refunded. This was in a phone call. 4 times I sent an email for the refund and didn’t get a reply. In the beginning when I ordered the book I mistakenly ordered two and I sent an email immediately and was told I couldn’t cancel the second book. So I was charged $77.98 for the two books. That was a flag right there. I do not suggest anyone order this book because some of the context on every page is so very very tiny.

Please don’t buy here, they scammed me with a £10 drop or something silly like that and then shipped a photo in the post complaining that their delivery is taking too long so message them and they’ll add a free shirt to the order which makes no sense as they could send the photo saying free shirt yet couldn’t ship the hoodie. I then messaged the company over Instagram and was spoken to rudely with no offer of compensation/ my item being shipped, instead they threatened to block me. They sent me fake screenshots saying my order was not in their system so they could wriggle their way out of the situation. They then stopped replying and blocked me. Please don’t buy from here, it is too good to be true with the prices.(it has now been 12 months since I ordered so it has not been sent)

Scammers- Another instagram online scamming brand. I purchased a couple t shirts from this brand and although I items said dispatched nothing came. Clearly a scamming business I filed a dispute with my and I was refunded.

Stay away from this company liars and scammers.

Ordered their £10 shirt and hasn’t turned up, tried contacting… no response. Big scam been waiting 50+ days for a £10 shirt.

Scammed. ordered over 2 months ago now and no response or T-shirts arrived. Do not buy from here waste of money.

Scam, money taken no goods delivered. No reply. Scam artist!

The clothing is okay, but the reviews aren't transparent. The company offered free samples to people who left good reviews, but it was just a shame they didn't follow through for every customer they offered this to.

Placed an order on Aug 22nd waited a few weeks as I did see that it could take longer than stated (3-5 working days)

Once I started chasing the order the email provided on the website is not a deliverable email. No reply to my instagram message and I can see they are also deleting instagram comments.

Defo wouldn't use this item again, save your money

Ordered well over a month ago now, and absolutely nothing reached out to them 5/6 times and nothing no communication whatsoever.

do not use, this company is a scam. ordered a tshirt over a month ago not one update on where it is still to this day. emailed plenty of times with no response

Awful awful company,been waiting over 6 weeks for an order.Company said Royal Mail have lost my order.asked for a refund not heard from them since absolutely shocking still haven’t returned my money or received any type of update.

Ordered 2 tshirts on the 23rd July.
Today is the 8th September. I still haven't received it.

I emailed them asking for a tracking number on the 30th July and they advised, they are investigating (Sam Brand manager). Then no update. So I emailed again asking for the tracking number. Few days later, I got a reply stating due to how busy they are, orders are delayed. Still no tracking number.
Eventually on the 23rd August, they said they will refund me.
Still havent got the refund so I have now raised a dispute via my bank. Definitely some sort of scam.

Communication is poor. Service is poor.
Dont waste your time and effort with them.

Scammers avoid at all costs.

Straight up scammer. Will just bounce emails back to you about refunds, the t shirts never get shipped.

Ordered in July and still have not received the item! No responses on email or instagram. Do not order from this company

Ordered over 4 weeks ago. Nothing delivered, no shipping information sent and no contact or response from any emails. Just taken my money and nothing. Joke

This company is an absolute joke. I ordered a T-shirt on 25/07. On 29/07 I got an email saying my order was “on the way.” On 01/08 I asked for a tracking number. They replied on 02/08 asking me for my order number information. I sent it again on 03/08.

Then came silence. I chased them on 05/08, nothing. I DM’d their Instagram on 13/08, nothing. Finally, on 15/08, I got a vague email claiming my order had been shipped “a while ago,” but was either lost or sent to the wrong address. Their solution? Either a replacement or a refund.

On 16/08, I asked for a reship of the T-shirt plus a refund for delivery, since my order was already massively delayed. Weeks went by. On 29/08, I emailed again, this time saying I didn’t even want the T-shirt anymore, I just wanted my money back. Since then, all I’ve had are automated lies about “responding within 48 hours.” Weeks later, still nothing.

The customer service here is beyond disgusting. They blatantly ignore customers, make excuses, and break their own promises. Their “Shipping Policy” is equally misleading: they boast “free delivery on all orders,” yet their site clearly says you need to spend £30 to qualify.

And if that wasn’t enough, the brand itself is riddled with errors. Sometimes it’s called “Saints Atelier,” sometimes “Saints Artelier.” They can’t even spell their own name consistently. On their “Diner Tee,” they even managed to spell pizza wrong. Imagine walking around in public wearing a brand that can’t even proofread its own designs before printing them.

I haven’t received my order which I have emailed 3 times but no reply. I have to message on instagram only to get a reply saying Royal Mail has my package and couldn’t deliver due to the bank holiday in August 25. I have waited another 8 days after and still haven’t received my order.
Another email and DM on instagram sent and no one has responded yet, after I specifically stating in my first messages that I needed these tshirts for my holidays. Not sure if I will even receive this before I travel out. I guess I will have to claim a refund if I don’t receive my order sooner or later.

No reply to emails

Ordered early-ish July at around the 10-15th mark. Didn’t receive a notification a package has been sent until 3-5 August around then. So a long time to come which would of been fine if I had received it, but package was lost and emailed the saints team 3 times, only responding to the first one saying they can give me a refund or resend another package. I wanted it to be resent and sent an email reply however at around the 16th August, didn’t get a response or anything. So I did email again at around 23rd of August (Given that they did say give around 48 hours on business days for a reply) haven’t received a single email and it is currently the 30th of August. Taking two months+ to get t-shirts is a bit long . However, I would still like these missing t -shirts.
