Walking and hiking has been my medicine my whole life, the last three years I’ve struggled to do more than a couple of miles without pain. Not anymore these insoles have changed my life, thank you so much 😊

Arrived on time. It well and comfortable

Good company to deal with. Ordering was easy. Delivered quickly and well packaged. The insoles fit nicely into my walking shoes making them very comfortable and supportive.

Very impressed with these insoles. I wasn’t expecting them to be so comfortable. I have hEDS and I was looking for options to improve my pain and I am finding that my knees and hips are definitely hurting less with the use of the insoles. I’m going to buy a second pain so I don’t need to swap about as much.

I can't express how happy I am to have found Salfiordinsole. The green insoles have stopped the supination in my left foot and also help me walk better and farther with moderate osteoarthritis in both my knees. Thank you so much for my much improved mobility.

Insoles are comfortable, of good quality and easy to fit. It is a shame however that having 2 different requirement soles for right and left feet, I have to buy 2 pairs of soles per pair of shoes in order to meet my requirements and consequently one insole of each pair going to waste. I am sure I am not alone with such predicament and I am sure it might just benefit more people.

The insole itself is comfortable and appears to be of good quality. Unfortunately, the adhesive heel booster is a weak point. It didn’t stay attached to the insole and came off within just one week of normal use.

At this price point, I expected better durability and quality control. If the heel booster were more securely attached, I would have rated the product much higher. As it stands, it’s a good product let down by a poorly designed accessory

The sole is thin plastic with barely any over pronation..support. Really it's just a plastic insole. Terrible waste of money. I didn't send it back. Because it's not faulty and just not fit for purpose. Had not kept any packaging. Its nothing to do with fitting in my shoe there is No over pronation support which is what was needed and the material, makes you sweat. **** Perhaps also don't advertise something that the insole isn't. Don't be putting a poor product and review back on me for not sending it back, you have no idea of my Situation. Rude, can be added to the review.

I have already provided one Trustpilot review a few months ago and here you are begging for another one. You come across as rather needy. However, since I have been using your products for a few months now, perhaps an update would be in order.
I bought two pairs 5 months ago for heel pain (suspected plantar fasciitis) - one pair of the more flexible orange type for general walking around and one pair of the stiffer blue type for long distance trail running (ultramarathons). They are very comfortable, supportive and just the right size and shape to slide into all shoe types from minimalist fell shoes upwards. They have eased my heel pain and allowed me to do most of what I want to do. My initial complaint of the insoles being too 'sticky' and tugging on my socks, preventing my feet sliding into shoes, disappeared after they had been worn in and the plastic had lost its grippiness.

What a God send these insoles are i felt the difference straight away after using various other insoles

So uncomfortable I never used them as the pain got worse

I ordered two sets of insoles on the recommendation of a Podiatrist required due to my hypomobility in both ankles.

The insoles are brilliant, true to sizing, comfortable and make you feel balanced.

Delivered well on time. An excellent product and would happily recommend to others with hypomobility both the insoles and professional support of the company.

Very well made, easy to wipe down if required (if abit of lint off socks starts to build up a little bit), very robust, and more importantly they work! I noticed the outer heels of all my trainers used to wear down excessively and fairly quickly due to supination. These were the only type of corrective inner soles in the UK that I could find for my specific needs. My new pair of trainers are now now wearing down evenly and alot less in general (as I do heel strike abit too much still - working on that) so will be purchasing a second pair, they are that good.

I purchased to the green lateral wedges and they arrived quickly. I did however make the mistake of ordering the same size as my normal shoe size. These proved to be too big for some footwear so I re-ordered one size smaller. Again, they arrived quickly and a refund was made. I'm waiting for a knee replacement and the soles are intended to take pressure off the lateral meniscus. I can generally walk/hike for most of the day without pain relief when using the insoles. They definitely help and are easily transferable.

It is always good to support start up businesses, as they always are staffed by real people. Done it, been there.

I purchased their insoles for supination correction (I was walking on the outside edges of my feet).
They did the job and made walking much more comfortable. They are robust and quite heavy (they are for walking on, after all), but comfortable and I would recommend them.

It is important to distinguish these insoles from others on the internet, some of which claim to be for supination. Most are much cheaper and claim to provide correction, but seem to be just a flat insole with a bit of padding. Beware.

Swift delivery and great quality product. The best insoles I have ever owned for durability and comfort.

Had the insoles for shin splints for about 3 months now.
Although I haven't tried running with them yet, I had planned to wear for 3 months to retrain the pronation of my step and to do specific shin muscle exercises and stretches before seeing if my shin splints had improved.
The insoles themselves are good. Easily interchangeable to other shoes and although you are aware they are there, they are not uncomfortable.
I am happy with them and the purchase process was straightforward.

I was advised to try insole to correct my walking problem which had become unbearable and one once I took some advice and try the blue insoles from Salfordinsoles. Best advice ever , I can walk almost as good as new without my right foot pointing at a right angle.

Good products. Customer service is very responsive and helpful. Would buy from them again.
