Beyond acknowledging the order there was no other communication from the company. The delivery simply arrived with no prior notification. The delivery driver was polite and cheerful though and happily helped me put the salt in my garage.

I waited over 3 weeks for delivery of my order

Ordered the 40 bags hydrosoft salt on the 10/11/25 and told me will take 5 days but after two week with many calls but no reply or talk with ben clark we received wrong pallet of salt without inform me ,finally i had to cancel the order and they refund me the money and went to order from other supplier to order the correct salt and they deliver it next day and it was cheaper than them, i would not recommend to buy any thing from salt & clenz in future as cost a lot inconvenience to my customers and lost the sale. It was bad experience

My order never arrived; chased twice still waiting !! Ordered 2nd September so will be requesting refund - very poor communication- shame as no problem in the past!!

I made an order for Block salt for my water softener on May 25 and have not received it and been unable to contact for refund. I will try to claim money from credit card and see if they suggest taking matters further.

Took £90 of my money for salt blocks weeks ago, no confirmation of order, no response from seller by email, false promises from receptionist (from J M Clark Ltd) for a call back or escalation. Have disputed payment with the bank. Don't waste your time with this company.

The product is fine. Good price. Friendly and polite delivery driver. The problem is that there is no indication of a delivery date other than "within 10 working days". After 10 working days were up, and I was going on holiday and worried about the salt being left on my doorstep, I rang customer services. They said they would have someone call me back. Nobody called. I rang 2 more times on different days before and after my holiday and was told the same thing: someone would call me back as soon as possible. Nobody did. In the end the salt just arrived, 18 working days after my order.

My order was cancelled by the company without any explanation. I have emailed asking what happened and haven’t heard back.

We got the delivery after 20 days after following up multiple times. Price is also gone up.

Still haven’t received any products 23 days later. Called several times and emailed with zero response. Now I have to claw back the money from my bank. Zero stars would be generous.

Ordered on day one and item delivered the next day. Not expecting such a quick turnaround, but appreciated it.

Easy to find l, select and pay for the product I wanted. However, delivery was slow and needed to be followed up.

The experience has been very poor. No confirmation of order by email. No order number given. No information on likely delivery. No one to answer phone line. It is now 3 weeks since order placed & money taken from my account but absolutely no information on order/delivery status. Totally unsatisfactory.

Update 24/09/25: unfortunately, despite further attempts at contact, still unable to get any response or action on my order. Bit of a loss as to what to do next as have paid out over £150 and received no goods for this. Will look to take further advice as that is too much money to just write off to a bad experience.
Order placed 10/06/25 for block salt (25 bags). Order confirmation received and payment taken. However, no delivery of order since. Multiple emails (to sales address), multiple phone calls (made to 0800 number on website) to follow up on the order. Never able to speak to anyone in department responsible. Call backs requested each time but none ever received. Payment taken back in June.
All I want is for either order to be fulfilled or a refund issued please. Thank you.
