I ordered heavy duty rust remover. 5 star reviews on their website. After I ordered i read on Trustpilot the poor reviews. Tried to cancel the same day but surprise surprise the order had been dispatched. Order was supposed to be 3 x 500mls but only 120mls when arrived. I tried the rust remover and it made absolutely no difference to what I used it on. Emailed them today 16th April and not expecting any reply from them. I will update you. Why do these companies get away with this? I tried to put a review on their website and again not able to leave any review. Bought on PayPal but I've to wait until Sept 26 if I've not heard from them and then they will look into it. TOTAL SCAM.

At present I've this company low rating cos it states free shipping but you are charged for postage & packaging..... and it doesn't tell you where the package is coming from !

No option to give zero stars. Items not delivered, no communication from text or email. This is a scam company. Items were Magnetizer and Demagnetizer used for hand held drills to lock onto screws when building. Thank you Paypal for getting my money back.

I placed an order for a pet hair remover mitt, which looked great on the YouTube advert, but it took a long time to arrive, I thought it wasn't coming.It did get here eventually, but nothing like the item advertised, a cheap imitation , which didn't work anyway.I contacted them to say I wanted a refund, but have heard nothing back.
I was stupid, I should have looked at these reviews first.

Got swept up in a half price deal via a gardening article with Saltdays and ordered an aerator with 50% OFF!!!

Later when the money had been taken from my account but no receipt had been emailed/sent I researched the company. What a fool I’ve been…

1. Contact Only via an email address (which they don’t reply to).
2. Based in china and all reviews say either nothing will arrive or it will be of poor quality and impossible to post back.
3. Since found exactly the same item on Amazon half the price on Saltdays with really poor feedback on quality.
4. I’ve sent an email requesting cancellation of order before shipping out and surprise surprise heard nothing back.
5. Been waiting three days and still no confirmation of order, response to my emails or agreement to cancel my order.

Oh and when you look at the 5* reviews of this co they are all input manually not in relation to a purchase and none of them mention what they “bought”. Slightly dodgy????

RIP off company doesn’t do returns for crap product. I got a full refund from my bank. Trading standards are now investigating Salt days Uk for fraud.

Good quality delivery on time what more can I add

Item ordered was to help with exercising injured knee still not arrived after more than 4 weeks, e mailed on numerous occasions just tell you order dispatched I have already ordered and received the same item from another company!! Stay away from Saltdays awful!!

I purchased a steam iron from Saltdays after seeing their impressive video, however after eventually receiving the goods and reading the instructions the iron did not perform anything like their video.
I have emailed them 5 times regarding this asking for a full refund stressing that the product is not as advertised and is not fit for purpose, however they have not responded to my emails or the contact us form on the website. I feel that they must be aware the iron does not match their fake video

I would give 0 if I could. Unprofessional useless company please avoid buying from them. Placed an order and paid, received order confirmation promptly but within minutes received message to say there is an item in the basket and to go to order to complete, if I had done that I would have been charged again so be very careful. Following day received message which included tracking number saying the order had been despatched. After 20 day wait and still no order. Unable to find a telephone number so messaged them, no response from them after me messaging 4 times to say tracking number doesn't work, perhaps it's fake. Asking them are they sending the order or refunding the cost. Told them not to ignore me, I'm a customer paying their salary. Are they a SCAM company. How can a reputable company like Klama have anything to do with them. Perhaps Trading Standards should look into the policies of this company and prevent them from trading as they are not fulfilling their sales policied

I was delighted with the product. The company kept me informed where my parcel was ,right up until it arrived.

Absolutely perfect

At first my order was late in being packed and sent, until I wrote an email.
I think there was some conversion with a previous order that I had cancelled, due to my own reasons not Saltdays. My money was quickly returned for the first cancelled order. But I think I had confused the system with placing another order quickly. So thank you Saltdays we got there, in the end, my order arrived and all was correct.

I ordered a pack of Vacuum bags and an inflation pump. The order was accepted and I received notification. The cost of the items was £50.97p.

I waited for notification as to when I could expect delivery. Nothing happened, and when I tried to check the tracking the SaltDays site did not respond. I waited and waited and eventually I sent 7 Emails asking for an update ~ nothing back from the Company. I paid for the items via American Express and advised them. Amex opened a dispute claim and found in my favour. Five days after initiating my Dispute the items arrived. I contacted Amex and advised them that the items had arrived and that the payment to SaltDays should be reinstated.

Be advised that this Company is very "lacking" when it comes to Customer Service. Once they have your money they do not respond to any approaches in particular in respect to delivery times. Based on my experience I would not purchase any other items from this Company, and would advise other prospective customers to be aware, be very aware!

The wrong item was delivered. I ordered a German made rotary nail clipper with aluminium oxide rotating blades, a light and a receptacle for the nail clippings as advertised, but received a couple of cheap and nasty Chinese made items with a tiny vibrating pad covered with a small bit of emery paper. I have emailed twice to complain, but you have not replied.

I am very pleased with my purchase. It arrived on time. Have started exercising and can feel the difference already

Good and effective service

The items I haven’t used yet but they look ok and hopefully will work with what I want to do.what I wasn’t keen on was how long it took to receive them I don’t think I’ve waited for anything as long as that before but hopefully be ok now
