The magnesium spray is horrid. Spray it on, massage it in unti it 'dries' into the most disgusting sticky oily residue film left on the soles of your feet, which turns your bedsheets into an oily stic... Ver mais

I bought the kids spray for my granddaughter who has bad growing pains & she had signs of relief.
So after a week of not sleeping myself I ordered my own & couldn’t believe the difference straight away. Did not wake once during the night (verified by Apple Watch).

magnesium spray
This product has already changed my sleep soooo much and I’ve only been using it for less than a week. A few sprays on my feet before bed and I can fall asleep so fast and stay asleep waking up feeling so much more refreshed than normal. As someone who has had terrible sleeping problems including insomnia and restless legs for over two years now, I can say that this product definitely works!

I initially bought a Magnesium Oil Spray Starter Bundle on my friend's recommendation, and I've just purchased a refill. As a 60yo dealing with menopause-related sleep disturbances, I was desperate for a non-pharmaceutical solution to my sleep woes. I absolutely adore this company and their products. I have been in so much pain with plantar fasciitis and heel spurs. I originally started with magnesium spray (still love it) but the new magnesium cream is a game changer. It goes on beautifully and feels great. It helps reduce my pain which allows me to sleep so much better.

New deodorant.
I’ve been using the magnesium spray for sometime now which has been helping with my cramps and better sleep. So I gave the deodorant a try with mixed results. The product was effective but due to it being very soft it didn’t last very long and at the price I thought that it’s beyond my budget to continue to purchase.

I cannot recommend this enough, I get a better nights sleep than I’ve had in years.

I recently purchased the Muscle Repair Cream & have good results on muscle aches & also apply over the Magnesium oil before bed to alleviate the stickiness of the oil (I tend to be heavy handed as my feet ache after a long working day or hike) I also love the quick 'swizzle' opening of the cream. I have the handy travel size oil as well & have purchased more travel size bottles for family members & a refill pouch & luxurious glass bottle bundle for the oil & bath salts bundle of 3. All very helpful products to relax!

I’ve got to admit I was skeptical
I’ve got to admit I was skeptical. I’m a registered nurse, have done shift work for 40 years. The last 7 years fairly regular hours but still poor sleep. Have been using the magnesium oil on my feet for the last 3 weeks and it’s great! Falling asleep quite quickly and getting back to sleep quickly after waking to go to the loo or something. I was taking magnesium tablets previously with nowhere near the same effect. Have been having quite vivid dreams since starting this though. Not nightmares or anything just vivid!
