Took advantage of the offer on t shirts excellent quality for the price

Came into the shop as we were on holiday in Weymouth. Just loved the hoodie in the window and had to buy it. Haven’t worn it yet as it is too hot 🤣🤣🤣
The staff were amazing.

Always a warm welcome and friendly service in the Southport Saltrock shop. Helpful if you need it but happy to welcome you and leave you to it. Always staff on hand including on the sales floor.

💯Customer Service! I ordered a shirt however Royal Mail delivered an empty bag and an apology. It had clearly been opened in the post.
Needing the shirt for an event 4 days later, I emailed Customer Service to explain. Auto response indicated 3 days for a response. So I was delighted next day when I got an order confirmation for a replacement that was coming express delivery and a separate email. Received the replacement shirt, fine and dandy the very next day. Amazing customer service!

We just love Saltrock, we go in the one At Newquay and purchase lots of clothing, the Staff are great and we are on first name terms with Jan and the team.

Went to the Saltrock shop in Weymouth loved it ppl very friendly supported the brand for a long time now. Hoping one day Saltrock has a shop in Newbury.

Whilst the clothes are generally okay, although some t shirts get bitty quickly, the website is appalling.

When you filter the specific sizes that you want, it brings up lots of clothes including those without the specific sizes that you have filtered.

This is frustrating, as it's time wasting and I'm not interested in it if it's not the size I want.

I have advised several times about the issue, but nothing has been done to sort it.

We were staying in Croyde and had already visited the village Saltrock store for a browse of their lovely merchandise. The weather the week we stayed was mixed so when I saw this lovely aqua coloured ladies waterproof jacket that was both lightweight and rain and wind proof I just had to buy it. The size 12 was perfect for me. The lovely young lady at the till greeted me in a friendly manner and my purchase was made very quickly. Was happy with the customer service, the quality of the jacket and the selection of clothing on sale in the store

Great customer service from the gentleman instore, he helped with finding the right size, items that was on offer and also a refund for wrong item purchased he went above and beyond to make our shopping experience the best , which can be difficult on times as my little person can be very difficult and demanding Thank-you

My only fault with saltrock is you have very limited stock choice for girls, a bit more choice in dresses & tops would be nice..

Great looking wet suit and good quality materials used. It functions really well even for quite long period of time in the water, I stayed warm and comfortable in June cornish seas.

Unfortunately, the velcro around the neck is quite aggressive and not only sticks to the velcro patch but anything that it touches. It causes damage to the suit, even when simply trying to take the suit off.

Shame, other than that a great entry level for the price point, I paid £90
