Every thing went wrong the sizes aren’t correct so for example I ordered an XL and it was more like a SMALL the return policy is an absolute joke I personally am around £70 out of pocket don’t buy anything from this company

Ordered items in one of their 'special' offers! Old adage, if it looks too good to be true, it probably is!
Ordered polo shirts, eventually arrived, no where near big enough, advised Samatoo within 2 days of receipt. Advised they could exchange once they received the original order back! Paid for tracking return, £24!!
Then advised I had a coupon to use to replace items, coupon is a con as you have to take a second item for the coupon to activate, so spend even more to get your original item!
Terrible returns process, or scam, but bottom line, paid £54.90 for goods, £24 to return them, nothing to show for cost!
Mastercard recovered my £54.90, thankfully, but as for Samatoo, be very careful, or even avoid!! Check other reviews too!

This store sells and ships FAKE branded goods. The quality is very poor without any labeling or bone fide tags. Therefore they are not cheap, they are expensive tat. Avoid at all costs.

Very poor quality returns policy is terrible have to jump through several hoops return at your own cost avoid at all costs

If I could give 0 star I would. I purchased XL T shirts which on their chart should be 48.4 inches. The delivered items were less than 42 inches. They refused to accept their error and give a refund and would only offer an exchange at my return cost. Now refuse to communicate as their 14 day period has expired. Absolute conmen and fraudsters.

Spam. Spoof. Counterfeit. Fraud.
You name it.
6 weeks to receive and 90 days to return if you are lucky.
They will argue with you and send you Chinese return form to translate and good luck with their investigation for the probable cause of World War III

Big Scam I never received what I ordered

Ik heb boss polo shirts van een aanbieding van hun besteld. Deze pas 2 weken later geleverd gekregen. Na het open maken van het pakketje van 7 polo shirts, helemaal gekreukt ontvangen. Nu zijn het niet de shirts die zij op hun website hebben staan, maar totaal anders. Bovendien zijn de maten anders, want ze vallen heel klein. Het zijn Chinese maten. Ik wil ze retourneren, maar dat kan niet meer, omdat er maar 2 weken retournerenis volgens hun policy. Ze hebben alles afgewezen, en wat ik uit deze malafide bedrijf heb geconstateerd is dat het oplichters zijn. Houden zich totaal niet aan hun afspraak. De spullen komen uit China, dat zie je aan de afwerking en bovendien kloppen de labels niet.
Beste mensen, ga nooit in zee met deze oplichters, het zijn de grootste boeven. Je kan fluiten naar de juiste producten en je centen.
Het zou een ieder afraden om in iets bij dit bedrijf te kopen.

The quality of what they shipped was not as advertised and when I asked for a refund I had to pay to ship the products back and all they have offered me is a voucher. Avoid at all costs

I wouldn’t even give it one star but you can’t proceed without doing so They refused to refund or exchange t shirts for me that when they arrived were not XL in fact they were barely medium They have been unhelpful and downright useless

This joke of a company needs to be shut down. SCAM SCAM SCAM. AVOID THEM. Bought 3 boss shirts for £50 , blag product . DONT BUY FROM THESE LOW LIFE RATS

shirts advertised was not legitimate, the material, fitting and sewing was well below standards.
I have received the order for 3 t-shirts (£50) in the UK and wanted to return. They offered half of the price voucher to purchase other things from them. I had to pay £20 to ship back to China. Once returned they say they will only refund £50 as voucher.
Total scam, product is not what you see on pictures. Totally avoid!
