Unfair Practices – Winnings Cancelled Without Justification

I am extremely disappointed with my experience on SambaSlots. After playing fully within the rules and with very small bets, the casino cancelled my entire balance without a valid explanation.

Here is exactly what happened:

I made only three minimum bonus buys, costing around €0.10 each.

All my other winnings came from regular spins under €0.50, which are clearly within any reasonable bonus terms.

The system never blocked or warned me about any supposed violation.

All bets were accepted by the platform without restrictions.

When I requested a withdrawal, SambaSlots cancelled the whole amount, claiming a breach of bonus terms only after I won.

This feels highly unfair and unprofessional. If something is not allowed, the platform should block it automatically — not wait until the player wins and then use the terms as an excuse to void the balance.

I requested a partial refund of the valid winnings, but the response I received was unclear and dismissive.

This experience has made me completely lose trust in this casino.
I hope this review helps other players be cautious before depositing.

Hidden fees on deposit and unhelpful support

I made a deposit of €40 and was charged €44. On the deposit page it clearly says that no fees are applied, yet they took a 10% commission without any warning.

I already knew they were using external payment providers, and the support simply confirmed this, but did absolutely nothing to help or to refund the difference. They just justified the system instead of offering a solution.

In my opinion this is misleading behavior: if there are extra costs, they must be clearly shown before confirming the deposit, not discovered only after the money is taken.
Based on my experience, I do not feel comfortable recommending this casino.

WARNING

So basically this site is a scam, When you first deposit ur going to get 2 options, can you either get their welcome bonus so that can add extra balance to your account so can’t withdraw. Or you can say no to the bonus like I did and only play whit the money I deposit, the problem is this site for some reasons still add (bonus money) so what ever you do you can’t withdraw, they have 1000 different hidden terms for withdrawal. I lost a lot of money on this casino. almost €4000 in 1 week. I withdrawed €700 more then 4 days ago, but it is still pending because they say they havent received my money. because i came on the chat every day asking about the status update, now they have closed my account!!!! i feel really hopeless, just emailed them.
I really dont understand why they do this, because i was a super loyal and happy player here!

My account closed directly , without any information. I won 200 euro, with my own bankaccount. Yes, they real wrong, when I make a deposit always visible my bankaccount and the account under my husbands name, and they have seen that accountnumber, and they hide theirselfs after that account. But I have proof them , that they are real wrong.Also I can show them , that all payments were from my own bankaccount. But they want to go agree with it, only reason I think . Can not make more stars for review. Casino has a lot of big problems.
Very low withdrawal limits (casino accept 1k,5k,10k deposits peer day), but for withdraws only 4k day/10week/20months
Very important, that withdraws are not fast. Even with such low limits, the casino cannot withdraw according to them. My last withdraw from 05 November still not approved. So I can not make another one.

No respond on mails and always act like they care as responds to reviews, saying they’re very sorry and that the customer is their number one priority, but they do nothing to back it up.

They avoid taking responsibility and do not want to solve any issues they caused. And after confronting them they simply ban your account and ignore you.

And when you write a bad review they admit their mistakes but they do nothing to solve it, you get a response saying they’re can’t open your account.

I don’t even want my account to be reopened, all I want is for Samba Slots to take full responsibility for the mistakes they’ve made, but unfortunately they do not do that.

Please be warned and don’t play with your hard earned money here.

Ich habe nun Kontakt zum Casino Journalisten aufgenommen und werde öffentlich meine Erfahrung mit den Casino Unternehmen EOD CODE SRL teilen.

Ich habe Antrag auf Rückerstattung meiner Spieleinsätze gestellt, keine Rückmeldung..

Bitte im Casino nicht registrieren und Einzahlungen tätigen, es handelt sich um Betrug.

Das Casino ist ein Betrüger Unternehmen.

Das Casino Unternehmen EOD CODE SRL steckt dahinter.

Obwohl das Casino in den AGB Deutschland als Land eingeschränkt hat, lässt das Casino trotzdem deutsche Spieler zur Registrierung eines Spielerkonto zu.

Anschließend kann man ganz normal Einzahlung tätigen, obwohl Deutschland vom Casino als Land eingeschränkt wurde.

Im Falle einer Auszahlung wird die Auszahlung verweigert, da Deutschland vom Casino eingeschränkt ist und Spieler aus eingeschränkten Länder nicht spielen und Auszahlungen tätigen dürfen.

Die Beschwerde Abteilung des Casino hat es mir nachweislich selbst bestätigt, daß Auszahlung aus eingeschränkten Länder nicht möglich sind.

Einzahlung aus eingeschränkten Länder wie Deutschland lässt das Casino zu, aber Auszahlungen werden verweigert. Das ist Betrug und wird rechtliche Konsequenzen haben.

Spielerschutz nimmt das Casino auch nicht ernst, denn ich bin beim Schwestercasino instantcasino wegen Spielsucht gesperrt und habe seit Jahr 2021 die ärztliche bestätigte Diagnose pathologische Glücksspiel, Diagnose F 63.0 und das weiß auch das Casino Unternehmen und konnte trotzdem in diesem Casino ein Spielerkonto eröffnen.

Trotzdem konnte ich in diesem Casino nicht registrieren und 423 Euro verspielen.

Das Casino ist nicht kooperativ.

Die Beschwerde Abteilung hat mich gebeten, eine Email zu schreiben und dass das Casino leid tut, diese Erfahrung gemacht zu haben.

Das Casino tut gar nichts leid, ich habe seit Wochen immer Emails an die Beschwerde Abteilung geschickt wegen der Rückerstattung meiner Spieleinsätze.

Die Emails ignoriert das Casino.

Die Antwort des Casino auf meine Bewertung ist keine Lösung.

Das Casino entschuldigt sich nur, aber das wars und hält es nicht für nötig, die Spieleinsätze zu erstatten.

Glaubt nicht, was das Casino als Antwort auf meine Bewertung hinterlassen hat.

Das Casino betrügt die Spieler und lässt Einzahlungen aus denen Ländern, wie Deutschland zu, die das Casino bereits aus deren AGB ausgeschlossen hat und bei gewinnen werden die Spielerkonten gesperrt und die Auszahlung verweigert und die Einzahlung einbehalten.

Rechtliche Schritte werden eingeleitet

Compte restreint ou pas de chance ?

Je sais pertinemment que jouer au casino c’est prendre des risques de perdre son argent. Cela fait plusieurs mois que je joue sur sambaslot et ce casino a toujours été appréciable des fois je gagnais des fois je perdais c’est tout à fais normal. Cependant, je commence à croire que si pendant un temps on commence à trop gagner, notre compte finis par se faire blacklister. Ce que je veux dire par la c’est que pendant des mois tout aller bien et un beau jour pendant à peu près 1 mois entier je me suis rendu compte que je gagnais + que d’habitude. Le problème c’est qu’à mon avis à force de trop gagner, maintenant je ne gagne littéralement plus rien. Pour donner des chiffres, au moment où je gagnais « beaucoup » j’avais dû jouer peut être 1000 ou 2000€ et j’ai pu en retirer le triple voir le quadruple. Actuellement j’ai joué en même pas 1 mois là somme de 17000€ approximativement et chaque bonus ne me donnais presque rien comparé à ce que je misait ou je n’avais tout simplement pas de bonus. Ma dernière expérience fut aujourd’hui après avoir mis + de 3000€ sur une seul machine et n’avoir littéralement rien eu. C’est peut être juste pas de chance qui sait… Mon avis a + pour but d’avoir une réponse à mes questionnement et savoir si oui ou non les comptes qui commencent à trop gagner peuvent se faire restreindre et avoir moins de chance de gagner par la suite…?
