Lovely jewellery, fairly priced and amazing customer service. I love my Astorga bracelet....it looks classy and understated and the quality is excellent.

Customer service was responsive. I had an issue with one of the ones I ordered. They were quick to replace it under their lifetime warranty for a minimal shipping fee.

I ordered some bracelets for my husband last year. He loved them so much he asked for more for Father’s Day. In my haste, I ordered the wrong size. When he tried them on I realised my error. I contacted Samis to arrange an exchange. They replied super quickly and sent out the new bracelets straight away with no fuss. The customer service was outstanding!! Wonderful quality, good value products with outstanding customer service - who could ask for more!

Not only do they have great products, but the customer service is top notch. We had an issue with a bracelet, and the response was almost instantaneous to take care of our problem. That's what customer service is all about and has become a lost art in today's world.

Purchased a bracelet that ended up being too small. But after reaching out about an exchange I had a replacement order confirmed within 24 hours of sending my initial email. And I get to keep the smaller bracelet, which my wife loves!

Every time I have purchased or been in contact with Samos Jewellery it has always been responded to with immediate effect. The customer service are 2nd to none and the jewelkery is well made, very good quality and value for money. I cannot recommend them strongly enough - excellent service.

I received a bracelet that was too large. This was after carefully measuring my wrist. Disappointing, but to me an easy fix. Return the bracelet and receive a smaller size. This wasn’t to be the case. It was suggested by Julia that I hang onto the large bracelet and they would forward me a smaller size. The shipping fee was a substantial amount of money especially for such a small package. It was then suggested I purchase another bracelet in the smaller size and the first purchase and the new bracelet would be shipped together to avoid shipping costs. I thought that was an excellent outcome. They then shipped the new bracelet alone and I questioned where the original replacement was and I was told I would have to purchase it again paying for it in full. I disputed this and forwarded 2 emails that haven’t been acknowledged. Very disappointing customer service, I have the full email thread that the company management should read.

The bracelet is good and my boyfriend really liked it but the magnet isn’t very strong and one day at work he lost it because it fell off. Could probably have spent less money on a bracelet that doesn’t fall off so easily.

I had ordered a size too large by mistake and this was swiftly resolved by Julia.

Ordered the wrong sizes (totally on me), but Julia came to my rescue very quickly and the correct sized bracelets were shipped immediately. Customer service is top-notch!

Bought a couple bracelets have worn the every day to the point of them becoming damaged and when I reached out to the team they helped me replace them even outside of warranty I just needed to cover the shipping. Now that’s service!

Ordered the wrong size (my fault). The exchange / returns policy and customer service (Julia) in general was first class. Product itself is also of a high quality - would definitely use again and recommend to others.

I bought a bracelet about a month ago. I love it however I purchased a second one and have not received it yet and have had no update on where it is.itd been several weeks. Not happy about it.

Brought a bracelet and it come up small so emailed Samos and they said they would send me out the size I needed just for the shipping costs and I could keep the original one I ordered. Julia was such great help! It got sent out within 24 hours! The bracelet is also stunning!!
