The gas engineer arrived on time.
He was efficient carrying out the gas boiler service with due care and attention.
He did a good job and I would highly recommend Samsian Gas Engineers.

Booking a time slot to suit us was done with professionalism as we are restricted by the times our hall is booked out. Danny arrived at agreed time and gave great service , very knowledgeable and cleaned up after doing our service.
Have used many times now and would recommend to others, excellent service from start to finish.

Danny and his team replaced and moved my boiler and upgraded from gravity to fully pumped, the job was completed earlier than predicted and we were only without hot water for a few hours. They were very efficient and tidy in their work, respected the house and kept me informed on how the job was going.
I would definitely recommend Samsian for any heating work.

Samsian is one of those companies which just do everything right: simple as that. Booking a boiler service is easy. Reminder label on the boiler from last year; reminder email from Joanne a month or so before this year's date; little exchange of emails, offering dates and times; service booked. As usual, the service is carried out swiftly but carefully and the utility room is clean and tidy, with the boiler which Samsian supplied and installed a couple of years ago humming quietly away. Added to which, Hayley, our Labrador, who hadn't met Simon because she's new, has given him her seal of approval: he knows how to stroke dogs and whiffle their ears!

This is a new company for us we have used and have had no problems, very efficient and friendly.
