I have had a solar photovoltaic (PV) system installation done by Samso Energy, it has been a year after installation and the system is working great and I haven't had any problems with it. They installed 16 panels and a battery in a very quick time. They offer a very great price for the product that they provide. The initial contact I had with Samso Energy was very helpful and they were able to explain how everything would work perfectly. The only slight negative I would give them was with the communication regarding erecting the scaffolding in my garden, as I have a conservatory there and I have explained that multiple times to Samso but they assured me it would be no problem. Initially the scaffolding team weren't able to erect the scaffolding in my garden as they needed permission from my neighbour to use there garden to set up a beam support for the scaffolding. Overall I would recommend Samso Energy for a solar photovoltaic (PV) system installation as their product works great and is at a very good price compared to others.

The Samso crew arrived at 9am and finished the installation of 10 solar panels/Inverter & Battery in under 6 hours.
They were very professional and courteous during the time in my home a provided instructions on how to use the app linked to the solar panel equipment.
I would recommend Samso Energy without a doubt

If i could i would give this company 0 stars. Where do I start... the actual workers we very rude from the get go, refused to clear up any mess they had created telling me they dont provide a cleaning service. The mess included broken roof tiles which I now have to replace, plastic all over my garden and the amount of screws thrown in my grass was ridiculous. The solar panels they actually installed i saw were dropped from quite a height and lucky they still work to be honest. They tried to con me out of 2 solar panels I paid for 10 they only installed 8. Which caused them to come out and erect scaffolding once again, not only they put scaffolding up on my side also my neighbours blocking there drive and access to rear of there garden. And after completing there work the scaffolding still stands after 4 weeks of completion. The lack of communication and workmenship is disgraceful. Stay away from this company

From start to finish Samso were great. The surveyor knew his stuff and had done his home work on our property before his visit. (South facing, roof type etc. None of the other quotes we received did this).
The fitters were spot on, and worked through to make sure all was fitted as quoted. (Battery location, cable routes etc)
Aftercare has been second to none. The energy provider were hard work to getting us connected to the grid but the Samso team spoke with them direct and got everything sorted.

Additionally the price was good too.

All in all a great company. I would, and have recommend to others.

Will use again when I move.

Really good experience dealing with Samso, they did a great job for my Solar panels installation, very professional in the end to end delivery of the system. Very efficient and great communication throughout. Highly recommend!

The installation was not easy, but this was because of circumstances beyond Samso energy control, the scaffolding did not arrive on time and then very high winds caused a delay. however we were kept informed constantly, once the installation started it was straightforward.

Amazing experience - the team at Samso helped me with a full new PV system. The customer service is really great, always available to talk no matter the issue.

I recently had solar panels installed by Samso Energy, and the entire process—from my first enquiry to final installation—couldn’t have gone more smoothly. Henry was my initial point of contact, and he was fantastic throughout: responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful in guiding me through the options without any pressure.
The sales process was clear and straightforward, with all costs and timelines explained upfront. When it came to installation, the team arrived on schedule, worked efficiently, and kept everything tidy. The system was up and running quicker than I expected, and I felt well‑informed at every stage.
Overall, I’m extremely pleased with both the service and the finished result. Samso Energy made the whole experience easy and stress‑free, and Henry’s support at the start really set the tone. Highly recommend.

Initial meeting at our house to explain the installation, costs and app' were all very clear and concise. No pressure to buy but good advice from which to make an informed decision. Contact with current DNO to secure installation was all handled seamlessly by Samso. Installation was managed very professionally on the day, with good coordination between electricians, scaffolders and PV installer. Subsequent documentation to finalise transfer of DNO to Octopus was issued by end of the week.

Extremely professional outfit. They were slightly more expense than a local quote but they installed it with their own team who all talk to each other and gave a hassle free end to end service. The electricians couldn’t have been more helpful and actually tailor made a solution to not show any evidence of the extra electrical cables required. Super happy and would recommend

I’ve dealt with Samso Energy recently and honestly, it’s been refreshingly straightforward. Scott Rowe was great to deal with — knowledgeable, responsive, and actually followed through on what he said (rare these days). Communication was clear, no waffle, and everything ran smoothly from start to finish. It genuinely felt like a company that knows what it’s doing and values its customers.
