We had our awning fitted today and are extremely pleased with it. The whole experience with Samson has been professional and efficient from start to finish and I would highly recommend them. They are not the cheapest but the products are top quality and should last for years to some. You certainly get what you pay for. We just need some sunny weather now!

This is our 3rd awning from Samson and we have been really happy with all of them. Their main purpose is to extend our eating and drinking area so that our visitors can look out over the Somerset countryside. We are in a very exposed location so they have to be sturdy. The latest canopy was actually only new canvas as the old one was looking distinctly grubby and a long overdue service. Good communication and speedy replies. Two day installation and the crew were really great, had to wait a while for delivery but that is life at the moment, but well worth the wait.

Slight delay to my review but very happy with my purchase of a Samson G6 Glass Veranda 7250mm Width x 2500mm Projection in Anthracite Grey.

This was a DIY installation (I am a fairly competent DIYer) and only a couple of hiccups. One was the supply of a wrong part this was rectified quickly and efficiently by the Samson team, the other my own fault.

Would recommend without hesitation to others seeking a great veranda at a great price

Straightforward process getting the quote and the surveyor was excellent with explaining options objectively. A little wait for the install but to be expected these days. The guys on the day were very efficient and tidy, roof installed in half a day and the area left neat. Roof's been up almost a month and still v happy with it.

The product is really excellent and the people too. We just had a damaged control handle when the awning was installed which took many weeks and a lot of phone calls to get sorted. If it wasn't for this then it would have been a well-deserved 5 stars.

From start to finish Samson Awnings have provided a professional and friendly service, culminating in the installation of the awning which took place yesterday. The installers were excellent and I would have no hesitation in recommending Samson Awnings to anyone looking for a quality product/service.

Really good comms during the specification stage. Everyone was a pleasure to deal with. Fitters did a great job and we are happy with the fit and finish of the glass canopy. Cat happy too.

Had a useful visit to the showroom in Wellingborough, helpful staff explained/demonstrated the options.
Installation team arrived on time, were efficient and friendly, explained the operation of the awning, and left the place tidy.

Buying an quality awning can be a difficult decision and requires good customer sales support.
I have to say Emma at Samsom Awnings was very helpful providing product information & options followed by prompt quotes.

This was a great company to work with. They where so flexible and the people on the day went above and beyond to get it installed on our balcony. Absolutely love the end result. Worth the money and the wait.

Good sales process. The man who came (unlike a competitor) listened and addressed what we wanted. No hard sell tactics. And it was cheaper. Installation date was reached by negotiation and brought forward from the original date. On the day they arrived on time. Unfortunately the long (6m) awning was delayed a couple of hours, but they prepared as much as they could so the team (4 of them!) quickly got the job done once it arrived. A pleasant and respectful team.
The awning itself works well though it has a rather washed-out faded appearance. I can only imagine the publicity photos are colour enhanced.

We ordered over the phone, everything went extremely well, due to pandemic we had a wait for delivery, and also because we were fitting the awning ourselves the wouldn’t send a representative out.
We were somewhat “going blind” in knowing what exact measurements we needed. However we resolved this and duly fitted it fairly easily, the only thing was some of the instructions were a bit confusing for a first time fitting.
Also to program the control wasn’t easy, but a phone call to Samsons, with a great technical man talking us through was brilliant!
Cannot fault the awning it’s fantastic, well done Ollie and the team.

According to website offer maintenance and repair thats a lie we have contacted them on several occasions and they are not bothered to help LIARS

From the initial visit to measure up / advise / quote, Samson were excellent. Delivery time was fair considering we ordered the awning in the middle of a pandemic. The 3 lads that fitted it turned up bang on time as arranged and did a great job, explained how it all worked and left our house and decking tidy. Oliver from Samson has been really helpful during the process, and continues to offer advice when I ask for it now the awning is in regular use. Highly recommend all round.

I received good advice to help me choose. Product is first class and does very well to screen the low sun from the west.

From the first telephone call to the installation and demo the whole experience was faultless , that not belittling everything in between that worked like clockwork. Well done team.

Efficient service and excellent product. We are really pleased with our awning. Samson were really good at letting us know what would be happening and when. There were a couple of hiccups with the fitting but these were resolved relatively quickly.
