Bought a bridal set with a anniversary band and had all 3 soldered together. Little did I know they only sold me the warranty to the bridal set. Now when I send it off to he replated they want to charge me for the 3rd ring. Manager is rude and customer service sucks.

Very dissatisfied with the earrings I received. The pictures online do not mirror the earrings purchased. Tried to return but to no avail as returns/exchanges are not accepted given bankruptcy filings. However, it is unfair and deceptive when online picture show one quality of earrings and the pair received look nothing like the picture online. Also, only offered a $50 credit to appease me on my purchase that I did not want based on what I received. Overall, do not buy these earrings and if you do please check to make sure it is the quality you want based on the information listed.

With much anticipation, I knew there might be a chance I might be disappointed,not the case, this ring is stunning it’s beautiful it’s brilliant, I would recommend this particular ring to anyone! it’s been about five years since I’ve been this pleased with any purchase!thank you very much Samuels!!! I loved samuels when I bought my wife’s engagement ring, but this last purchase experience was horrible. I bought a pair of diamond earrings but they weren’t the size I wanted. When I tried to set up an exchange where I was will to pay $1000 more no one was willing to help me. Smh not the experience I expected

Took me four weeks to receive a ring I ordered.

Samuel is just a big scam they said no interest rate for 5yrs and they will charge you finance charges. And then you will pay at the store because they said you can pay at the store on or before the due date and they will charge you a late fee. I’ve tried calling customer service of commenity and they are so rude. Cannot even help you and they said i am not supposed to pay at the store? They coordinate with them and tell them to inform everyone not to pay at the store. I find it really odd. Looks like they just wanna keep on charging their customers. Very bad experience with company.

The order was a sale online delivered to the Amarillo Samuels Jewelers. The earrings were very pretty and will be very versatile. I received the notice of delivery in a timely manner and the staff were helpful.

I have to say I live in Ohio and the best place to go is samuels but I just found out that they closed the store in the Springfield mall and moved the best manager to the fairfield mall so I will follow the store manager Vicky Edwards there.

The whole purchase and pickup went very well.

I recieved my ring with one of the accent diamonds missing.

I placed an order online going on 2 months ago now. I have called numerous times since and left several messages to get an update on my order with no response back from anyone. Absolutely terrible customer service!!!!!

Update: I finally got ahold of someone at their corporate office, 1-877-726-8357. I was told that the person handling their internet sales customer service department left suddenly without notice and they haven’t had anyone in place until now. They transferred me to someone else, don’t remember his name now, who proceeded to tell me that my order would not be able to be fulfilled. When I asked why, he said due to unforeseen circumstances with their vendor and not being able to source the materials anymore. So much for my wife’s anniversary present that we’ve been patiently waiting for.

I love it is great.

Non Existant Customer Service
I had bought several items from Samuel's Jewelers both in store and online. Until my most recent purchase I was very happy.
I ordered two pearl necklaces online, only received one. I've tried their Customer Service line for eight days, apparently this company's touted CS consists of an answering machine, and no humans.
So far, and probably, I'm out two hundred dollars.

I ordered a ring that was on clearance for my niece for her birthday with the infinity symbol, which is a special symbol between us and she loves it, she said she's going to wear it all the time.

I don't know why I continue to deal with this company? Time and time again I have issues with not only their service but also their products! Double thumbs down, don't waste or time or energy. Not worth the hassle!

Had custom design piece done at Rogers Jewelers at Fairfield in Beavercreek. Ring not made per specifications. Have had nothing but the run around trying to get this resolved. Have contacted corporate to no satisfaction. Reported to Better Business Bureau for poor customer service. They can't keep their employees, The three who were working on this issue have all left! I would never recommend shopping here!

I have had several pieces of jewelry purchased from Samuel’s in Albuquerque and then they closed their store. Since then, getting warranty work done on my wedding set and other pieces of jewelry has been a nightmare. I have to go to a major city where they have a Samuels in order to get anything done. Since I’m not planning a trip, I have called their customer service line and left several messages, as they never answer their phone and have yet to receive a return call. I have two stones loose in my wedding set and I am afraid to wear it. I would never recommend shopping at Samuels.
