I really like Sandersons because they are so responsive, they never patronize and they are genuinely nice people. I have worked particularly with Regi who is all of the above and Charlotte. I trust them which is kind of rare these days. I live out of the UK so I am in their hands. Regi and Charlotte both go the extra mile and I very much appreciate that.

Regvita was excellent. She helped us coordinate with contractors and building management when we had an emergency in our apartment

Toby and Romana were absolutely wonderful to work with. Incredibly prompt and professional and helped us secure our dream flat. They made a somewhat stressful process very easy.

I am very happy with this company. Their staff are very professional and provide great customer service. They are always very prompt to resolve our queries and solve our problems in a timely manner.

Cannot recommended this agency ,I was looking to move to a new flat , they offered me a view , we agreed to a moving date , has my notice was already given to my current landlord.They failed to confirm a moving date to the new flat, so I emailed , 3 day before my current notice ended to tell them , I don’t need they service has need a new place in 3 days otherwise will be homeless.
This situation was so stressful has you can imagine. Last minute I found a new place, however, they still haven’t refund me the money I give to them. Bank transfer this day doesn’t take forever to be transfer.
Avoid this Sanderson Agency . You have been warned.

Communication between Sandersons,Tenant and Landlord smooth, proactive and timely.
Sandersons willingness to work with Landlord rather than just with tenant is welcome and allows for a shared / effective understanding between all parties. Solutions to problems therefore have had better outcomes.
Financial information, deposits, statements etc have also been presented to me clearly and in time.

We have had a couple of issues with the flat when moving in. Regi has been very reactive to solve all the problems smoothly, communicating well with the landlord, the workers and us to make efficient.

Regi has been an amazing property manager. When we moved in, there were a few issues with the flat, and she handled everything immediately - organising fixes and keeping us updated throughout. She’s responsive, proactive, and issues are usually resolved the same day! A superstar!!!!
