VERY DISAPPOINTED DO BETTER .

Very bad customer service. I ordered 2 “read to hang” black wood frames and they sent me just the wood frames- no backing, hardware, plexiglass. nothing. I have emailed them and they asked for pictures, but did not respond after I sent shots. Now I am going to have to buy new frames after spending $$ with them. there is no phone number to call- only email.

I ordered the large wood-framed print of Japanese Newspaper. Love the minimalist aesthetic, though everything is SO cheap. Plastic shield not glass, which doesn't even fit the frame. It pops out all over, had to try to reset though pops out again when just picking it up. Frame is slightly too large for the flimsy, plastic shield. Disappointing, will need to get a glass cut to upgrade, the wood frame is pretty basic and rough too.

Not a great print. I ordered a print of a photograph and it’s quite cheap looking. The other framed print I got was fine but anything photographic that should be on a pro level I would advise you don’t order. Also the frames are not wood.

Ordered on the 28th of January and still don’t have the four framed prints I ordered. One they currently still haven’t bothered to ship and the second was delivered to who knows where.

They do not care about their customers.

Ordered my art in December, it is now February and haven’t received any communication this year regarding my parcel. They won’t even reply to my emails.

SAVE YOUR MONEY & TIME. They are selling plastic frames and calling it natural wood. It is a plastic printed wood grain applied to particle board. They do not accept returns, allow for product reviews on their website and misrepresenting the frames providing one picture which is not what is received and every other poster on their website shows actual wood framed posters that is not their own or same product sold. They can’t even tell you what type of wood the product is made of on the prduct page. The website posts high ratings that are not customer or review based misrepresenting and falsifying satisfied customers.

I've had good experiences. I recently ordered a poster. When I unpacked it, it tore because the tape had been applied incorrectly. Probably a small mistake during packaging. I complained and immediately received a free replacement. Very good
service!

Ordered a frame 11 days ago and have not received it despite order confirmation saying 5-8 days. Has not responded to my follow up inquiry from two days ago. Frame only being shipped between two cities 1 hour apart. Needed for college move in and now we will be leaving town without having put our daughter’s main print up in her college apartment.

Great products and good company. Helped me with a problem with my order and immediately reshipped it. Highly recommended

The print itself is lovely. I’m so disappointed with the frame, for that price I expected a wooden frame with glass! It’s a cheap flimsy frame with a plastic front. I’m going to have to have this reframed as it really lets the print down. They are clearly greedy and what to maximise profit at the expense of their reputation.

The print and shipping is good. The frame is very cheap and cake scratched/chipped. Do not recommend paying for framing.

I made a mistake of putting the wrong name on my adress here in Denmark so my delivery got sent back to them. I wrote to the customer service about my mistake. They just sent me a new delivery asap after my email.

Super fast shipping and excellence customer service. I ordered something wrong and they replied very quickly to my ask of changing my order and getting my money back! Very easy process!

The print is fine. DONT BOTHER FRAMING. they’ll slap a cheap Walmart frame with rear push tabs on it. For over 150 bucks I expected something nicer. I’d probably order prints only again if they responded to my issues about the cheap frame job but they did not. So I will avoid.

I received a table that didn't match what was on the site, I've sent 3 emails to customer service and I've had no reply. Very very bad customer service
