Customer assistant got mad at my complaints and canceled my orders
I ordered several Funko Pop items during Black Friday sales using PayPal. After about 10 days I got contacted by customer service regarding payment. I had funds on my PayPal account but Sanity said they got an error message when claiming the money. I contacted PayPal and they said Sanity had never attempted at claiming the money. When I got back at Sanity via LiveChat the customer service told me that they had talked to PayPal and that I needed to give them my card details. I agreed to do so but I complained about this poor service and the assistant proceeded to cancel all of my orders, close the chat while I was talking and disconnect me from it. I sent another complaint via email and she replied with lies saying I didn't want to give my card details and that I had requested to cancel the orders, all of which is not true. I have never received such rude and neglecting assistance in my whole life.
