After reading reviews, I was hesitant to order there, but after all, I decided to buy a few clothes and shoes. Before placing the order, I wrote to customer service to clarify size. After a few days they answered my question.
But I had to wait for a while to receive my order. They split it into two packages. First came in 3 weeks and the second one two weeks after first parcel. Everything was a shown on photos, sizes was correct. Both sets was packed well, so everything arrived safely

For the most part I really like the wig that I bought, the hair looks quite natural and is pretty much identical to the image, it’s really soft and very thick. However I had to trim the fringe a bit because there were a lot of longer pieces that kept going into my eyes, there aren’t any clips for built in, it’s secured with a kind of elastic band, similar a little bit to a bra strap. The biggest thing I noticed was that a small portion of the layers in the middle part of the scalp had been chopped off to about 2 or 3 inches long and isn’t blended into the rest of the hair length, this is a very long wig, easily waist length, its not noticeable unless you’re tilted to the side and looking for them or if you wanted to tie up some of the hair.

This company was the reason why I was scared to order online and avoided online shopping like the plague for a while. I had been eyeing up this website when I found out about it in early 2016. I finally placed an order that total around $120 on Thanksgiving/Black Friday sale in 2018. It said the package was delivered mid December 2018, but I never received anything. The landlord even checked the security cameras and confirmed that no delivery or mail man stopped by at the day and time my package was supposedly dropped off. A representative for them that calls themselves “Coco” took forever to reply to my emails, send me madeup excuses, and a fake tracking number when they claimed my order was being resent. I later found out they are TaoBao resellers and mark the prices up double or triple than originally meant. This whole “company” is a ripoff.

I ordered a size up in the shirt because that was what they suggested. It’s a medium and it looks like a potato sack on me. The cardigan I bought somehow manages to be both too big and too small at the same time and looks like something a 100 year old lady in a nursing home would wear. The company also pays people for positive reviews, so don’t believe the reviews they have on their website. Seriously, don’t waste your money.

I ordered from here like a year ago. My order was never even sent and the excuse I first got was that they couldn't get in contact with the seller of the shoes I ordered so I then picked a dress, and for the past year I keep getting the excuse that shipping is delayed because of covid. They also took days if not weeks to reply to every email. Last I heard from them was May.

I admit I was (and still kind of am) critical of this website and some of the products/apparel that sell, but I had a fine experience with them, as this was my first time buying from them. I got a pair of shoes on Jan. 14 and they arrived today! They're in good condition and look just like the photo (I even got a free pair of socks to go with them!)
I will buy again, since my first experience went well.

So bad skirt couldnt even fita round either my leg or my teddy...

Ordered 4 dresses(June 2109) from Sanrense and paid $20 each for them, that's $80 US. They did not fit, I knew it was Asian size, but was way shorter than described and could not wear. The company does say you can return the items but for a 'partial' refund. SEE their response below:

First, i am sorry to hear the size did not fit. We are Asian size so there will little difference.
We support exchange while u need bear the shipping fee, it’s not worthy, because it wastes time and money, u need wait long time to ship it back, and not sure it will return back successfully. So we did not suggest you return it back. We refund $20 to you. How about you resell the item to someone else who fits it?

BAD BUSINESS!!! Even the quality of the dresses was not very good! Buyer beware! Never again!

I ordered 3 items and it did came on the expected date.
BUT when I open the box only 2 items was in there.
I messaged them 3 times about it but no reply for a week already.
I'm so upset and really really mad about it.
GIVE ME BACK MY $27 OR SEND ME MY ORDER!!!!
