"Stay away from this company! I bought a 'leather-style' jacket, and the quality was the worst imaginable. Although they present themselves as a Greek company on their website, as soon as I emailed them to return the product, they gave me an address in China. This means I would have to pay 85 euros in shipping costs to return an item I bought for 35 euros. Everything they say is a lie."

Santiori have stolen my money! Bunch of crooks! order placed, confirmed but no sign of the goods! Now their website has disappeared & not responding to emails or phone calls. Have had to take it to my credit card company to escalate it under Section 75...., no chance of receiving the goods, might get my money back??

Do not order!!! Ordered a bag 2 months ago and still not received it and the tracking info hasn’t been updated since it was ordered. The only response you get is that they have escalated it to the relevant department. Absolute scam!!! Do not buy anything from this company!!!

Biggest scam ever. Months and months of going back and forth with their customer service to refund my money after I never received my order and they keep giving me platitudes but can’t simply return the money. Do not make the mistake of giving this company a dime.

After more than a week I’ve been informed that the purchased item is not available. I am really questioning how reliable this shop is and where they are ordering from. Seems a bit like a temu scam. After your order you get an email with the request to write a review splittet in two parts. One link if you where happy (Trustpilot) and one for bad reviews leading to their own page… Not my type of shop. I really hope I get my money back.

What a joke of a company – Santiori should be embarrassed

Order #1973 – they were quick enough to take my money, but apparently three weeks is the minimum time required for them to figure out they don’t actually have the product. Genius business model: take the cash, sit on it for a month, then sheepishly admit you can’t deliver.

Customer service? Non-existent. Communication? Only if you chase them. Refund? Oh yes, that magical thing they’ll eventually get around to after they’ve had the privilege of holding your money hostage for four weeks.

If you enjoy being lied to, ignored, and treated like an idiot, then Santiori is the company for you. Otherwise, avoid like the plague. There are corner shops with more professionalism and honesty.

This outfit is an embarrassment. Never again.

Delivery very slow not yet received my order.

It would be zero stars if I had a choice.
Ordered from them 6th July. Delivery to UK 5-9 days. Arrived 8th August. Damaged. And now Santiori want to send me a replacement !!. The following is what they sent me:-

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and disappointment you’ve experienced, especially with the delivery service. We understand how frustrating this must be for you.

As per our policy, for faulty items we are only able to send a replacement unit. We truly regret that this process may take additional time, and we will do our best to have it dispatched to you as quickly as possible.

Still not received my delivery ordered 2 weeks ago

I ordered the toy on August 1st for my Grandson’s birthday on August 13th.
At no time at the time of ordering did this company say of their delivery timescales.
I still do not have the product 14 days later.
Stay away from them

Ordered 3 sleep buddies took a while to come which that’s fair enough, but only 1 worked when it felt like it the other 2 didn’t work at all. Contacted them and send id like to return the items and get a refund as they don’t work. I then got told they had sent 3 new sleep buddies out which is not what I wanted as I already waited weeks for the 1st lot for them to be delivered and not work. I then waited another few weeks for only 1 to have been sent out this also doesn’t work. I have been back and fourth with emails they are now saying they can only offer me a 40% refund which I think is an absolute joke. Hope this helps people before ordering from this unprofessional company

Asked for delivery update, or at least tracking. They blamed the courier for not providing it. Asked again and got told it was on the way and they'd tell me when it was due. It eventually arrived but they still have not told me it's due.
They sell as though they are UK based but I doubt they are within 2000 miles of Europe
They get 2 stars because they item is worth it even if the company isn't

Bought for a Grandson’s birthday. It was a little difficult to click together but my husband and another dad assembled it between them. Once assembled correctly it was secure. The water did not leak which had been a worry as the tray is made of two parts that click together. Several children at the birthday all enjoyed playing with it.

The item was not what we were expecting at all, You discribed it as squirel proof when it totally is not sqirel proof.
The quality is very poor.

Terrible experience, ordered a dress Nothing like photo, only offering 30% refund!!, and telling me to keep the rubbish dress, as they are in China!! now saying 50% as it's too expensive to send back to China!!! I don't want the ill fitting rubbish dress made of synthetic rubbish!!! I want all my money back!! SCAMMERS DO NOT BUY!!! NEEDS CLOSING DOWN, doesn't even state it's in China!! AVOID, I will take legal action!!!

Well executed and product amazing

Terrible experience- same as most reviews. They have given me the wrong address I posted it to the Netherlands - it was returned and when I informed the company they apologised for giving me the incorrect address then offered the 30% refund which I refused and then 50% as a final offer!! Not only did they give me the wrong address but I'm being asked to pay for it!!! I want my full refund. This is terrible and I will share the info on social media I've never experienced such a bad service.

They are now no longer responding to my emails demanding a refund of any kind.

The address on their website is Netherlands but they ship directly from China and have a British mobile as their WhatsApp business number

The dresses advertised on the website are nothing like you’ll receive. The dress I ordered looked beautiful on the website and what I ordered was cheap, completely different colours. The company have been completely useless and first offered me a 30% refund then 50% refund - I’m beginning to think they just make this up as they go along. I refused and asked to return the dress. It was only going to cost me £10 to China I am waiting for more information from them to organise the return and they are now ignoring me. A dodgy scammy company AVOID

I specifically looked for a bodysuit that was not a thong, and this website advertised exactly that. But when my order arrived, all the bodysuits were thong-style — the complete opposite of what was shown.

I contacted their customer service, but they insisted they didn’t make a mistake. Even worse, they told me I’d have to return the items to China, even though their website lists an address in Italy.

They offered me 30% back if I kept the items — I refused. I also opened a PayPal case, but they rejected it, saying it was a matter of "buyer preference," even though I clearly didn’t receive what was advertised.

So now I’m stuck with products I didn’t order and no refund. I’m very upset and disappointed.
Save your money and avoid this website.
