These “Italian leather” shoes are actually plastic that arrived in a crumpled box that lacks any purchase order or contact information, and the customer assistance line on the website rings to someone’s personal phone. This is a scam operation.

False advertising. Poor quality product. Stay away.

I needed my black double monk red-bottom shoes for a conference in Washington. Online I requested to pay for expedited shipping. I received an email stating that they would handle the fee. It was a welcome surprise. Shoes arrived timely and were as described.

I order an item that I didn’t like, I try to return or exchange it but the company never answer my request. Very bad costumer service.

I bought 2 pairs of shoes. One fullfilled my expectations, while the other one looked some different than on the web page. I would like to return this pair of shoes, but Sardinelli is the only shop I know that does not accept returns and refunds, probabely taking advantage of being outside the territory and laws of the European Union.

the shoes are dirty, looks especially the flexible parts, partly with yellow spots, partly grey dirt.
It took more than 4 weeks to receive it, even after 4 times calling the shipping agency.

Very low-quality shoe. The shoes smell like spray paint and the soles are glued on. $300 for a glued sole and not stiched is ridiculous.

They were poor with their service and quality, i had seen a picture and when i received it felt down market product.
