Poor After Sales Experience
I purchased a Saris H3 Turbo Trainer for £450. This is not a cheap unit.
I contacted Saris during the warranty period to explain that the unit wasn't running correctly. They asked me to issue them with video evidence. Which I did. They then asked me to open up the unit and send them pictures of the internals. Which I did.
Saris have now ceased communication with me, leaving me with an opened product and no resolution.
I was in a better position before I contacted their "support team".
I can not believe there are still companies that consider this type of treatment of the customers as acceptable.
I would avoid purchasing from this company.
