I immediately informed you via email, apologized for the inconvenience, and even offered you a 10% discount on your next order as a gesture of goodwill.
Please note that every item on my platform is one-of-a-kind and is not restocked once sold, as I specialize in reselling pre-loved garments. This is clearly communicated on the website.
I would have appreciated if you had shared your concerns directly via email, as I have handled the situation correctly from my side and shipped the remaining trousers the same working day.

Naar deze website was ik al heel lang opzoek, een verademing. Ik word hier altijd vriendelijk geholpen en krijg uitstekend advies. Daarnaast heeft de eigenaar een talent voor het vinden van kleding dat zowel creatief als elegant is. De stijlvolle collectie bestaat stuk voor stuk uit pareltjes. Ik houd daarom wekelijks de website in de gaten.
