Amazing customer service!

I would seriously think twice before ordering from Sasha Therese. I spent $100 on a dress that was shipped to the wrong address, and I never received it. Despite explaining the situation and reaching out for help, I was incredibly disappointed by how dismissively it was handled.

Their response focused almost entirely on the fact that tracking showed the package as “delivered,” rather than the fact that their customer had paid $100 and received nothing. After going back and forth, the only solution they offered was a $50 credit if I purchased the dress again—so I would have to give them even more money to replace something I had already paid for and never received.

For me, the most concerning part isn’t that something went wrong with an order. Mistakes and shipping issues happen. It’s how a company responds when they do. I want to feel confident that when I spend my money with a business, they will actually care about helping if there is a problem. This experience gave me absolutely no confidence in that.

Based on how my situation was handled, I would not feel comfortable trusting Sasha Therese with another purchase and will not shop with them again. I’d encourage anyone considering ordering to be aware of this experience before spending their money here.

Please beware the return policy!!!!!! They materials are nice but the sizing is wayyyy off. Everything is huge in weird spots

Dress was great, I only took off a star because I paid extra for next day shipping and it didn't happen. Don't order if you are in a rush.

Purchased many items from ST now, quality is good, shipping and returns and so fast and so easy which honestly is amazing and this keeps me coming back to the brand. Regular drops of fresh new fits to look forward to!
I find sizing difficult between xs and s in some items but know that I don’t need to stress re easy returns process etc. thanks ST team

They were great to work with, even with my own mistake was willing to accomodate my request in a very timely fashion.

Beautiful pieces, some have some fit issues in some places. But most of the time, it fits perfectly and I feel like a total IT girl wearing them!

Clothes are not the best quality, and refunds not offered only store credit which is quite frustrating
