This company is an unethical scam. They offer all new customers a 'welcome discount'... then when your order arrives for the first time, you realize what HORRIBLE quality everything is. Stitching coming undone. Fabric so thin it's see-through. Literally SHEIN quality junk priced at 3x the amount it should be. So you go to return it (at your own expense) and they tell you because you used a discount code, you don't qualify for a refund. If this isn't predatory business practices then I don't what is. Offer everyone a discount up front so no one can ever get a refund. It's disgusting.

Der gelieferte Artikel entspricht weder den Produktfotos noch der Beschreibung. Die Qualität wirkt extrem billig und erinnert eher an sehr günstige Massenware aus China als an ein hochwertiges Designerstück. Material, Verarbeitung und Passform haben mit den Erwartungen aufgrund der Produktpräsentation nichts zu tun.

Noch ärgerlicher ist die Rückgabe: Zwar ist eine Retoure grundsätzlich möglich, die Rücksendekosten nach Australien muss man jedoch selbst tragen. In meinem Fall wären diese nahezu so hoch wie der Kaufpreis des Artikels. Das macht eine Rückgabe wirtschaftlich kaum sinnvoll.

Ich würde hier nicht noch einmal bestellen und kann den Shop aufgrund des irreführenden Produktauftritts und der unpraktischen Rückgabebedingungen leider nicht empfehlen.

It’s a dressed up cover company selling Shein/PLT products.
They don’t have a return policy - saying they can elect to give you credit instead of refund - so if it doesn’t fit properly - prepare to be stung for postage and be unable to get your money back.

Sad I fell for it! Hope it fits. Should have done my research first!

Purchased a dress and was promised delivery beginning June. Tomorrow it is July. Writing the company for response or delivery estimate but no answer!
This is very concerning as the money is already taken from my account.

I strongly encourage anyone ordering from SASHA THERESE to carefully read the return policy before making a purchase.

I spent over $150 on items that unfortunately did not fit. When I attempted to return them, I was informed that I was only eligible for store credit rather than a refund, which was disappointing and not what I expected.

The return process was also inconvenient, requiring me to package the items and ship them back through the USPS. After the package was delivered, I was initially told that it had not been received. Fortunately, I had saved the tracking information and was able to provide proof of delivery. Which is complete FRAUD!

Based on my experience with SASHA THERESE, the return process was frustrating and customer service was difficult to work with. Had I fully understood the return policy beforehand, I likely would not have placed the order.

Proceed with caution and be sure to review the company's policies carefully before purchasing. I ordered on March 28th and the issue has still not been resolved.

Very poor quality item that is likely similar to Shein and I can see is sold my multiple brands.
Refusing to refund me, only offering store credit because there was a discount applied at checkout. This is how they scam you because the Instagram adverts offer you a 10% discount.

Very disappointed with this purchase experience.

After ordering a dress for €160, I was unexpectedly asked to pay an additional €82 in customs duties, taxes, and DHL processing fees before delivery. These significant extra costs were not made sufficiently clear during checkout.

When I contacted customer service for assistance, they refused to provide any support with the return process, including a return shipping label. I was told that I would be responsible for all return shipping costs despite the fact that the unexpected import charges were the reason I no longer wanted the item.

Customer service was polite but offered no practical solution and showed little willingness to help. International customers should be aware that they may face substantial additional costs after purchase.

Unfortunately, this has been a very frustrating experience, and I would not order from this company again.

Terrible returns process

Vestito molto bello ma pessima esperienza con la consegna...ho perso ore alla posta per ritirarlo e i corrieri si sono inventati che l'indirizzo era sbagliato! a mai più!!!dall'Italia non vale la pena....peraltro dogana altissima

J’ai passé commande car les photos sur Instagram paraissait bien avec une bonne qualité. J’ai bien reçu la robe mais je suis plus que déçue par la qualité de la matière, qui ne vaut pas du tout le prix. J’aimerais faire un retour mais en plus des frais de douane (j’habite en France) que j’ai payé à l’aller je vais devoir et payer le retour et les frais de douane retour donc je suis bloquée avec une robe de mauvaise qualité à plus de 150€ avec les frais associés. Je ne recommande pas si vous habitez en France !

Dresses are gorgeous the marketing is wonderful advertising shipping to the UK as if it was no hassle it was my fault that the item came and it was too small. I didn’t check the size guide the issue is although I returned it immediately after it was delivered. I’m not entitled to a refund. I have to have store credit because it’s an Australian company for UK rules don’t apply so they refuse to give me a refund fine I sent it back. It cost me £22. I can see it has been delivered to be addressed I followed all the instructions and I haven’t had a response from customer services. I can’t even get store credit because they can’t locate my parcel. I would like someone to reach out to me again please from this company. very unhappy Customer.

IF YOU ARE A UK CUSTOMER AVOID AT ALL COSTS THEY WILL ROB YOU BLIND.
They do not inform you of custom costs and blindsight you with free shipping and this and that and oo vat included. That’s is all quite frankly bullshit. Getting changed custom fees nearly half the price of my order. OUTRAGIOUS and scam are the only two adjectives I have for this company. Custom service treat you like you are stupid and are significantly unhelpful.

Never order here!
They don’t answer and don’t deliver orders in a time which they promised on the site!
They don’t take returns back.

Sasha Therese is one of my favorite stores. Everytime I wear one of their pieces I get so many compliments and I can always trust the quality and fit to be amazing.

Extremely disappointing experience from start to finish.

At the beginning of the year, I placed an order which did not arrive in time due to shipping delays. After multiple emails with customer service, I was advised to place a replacement order and was explicitly told my original order would be refunded. That refund never happened.

As a result, I effectively paid around £150 for a single £70 dress, having paid for two orders while only receiving one item.

Months later, there was still no refund, no follow-up, and no accountability from the company.

Despite this, I gave the brand another chance and recently placed another order before a holiday. Unfortunately, the same issues continued. Royal Mail informed us that customs duties and taxes had not been properly handled, leaving us to pay an additional £105 ourselves just to receive the parcel.

What has been most frustrating throughout this experience is not simply the shipping issues, but the complete lack of genuine customer care. Responses felt focused on quoting company policies rather than resolving legitimate concerns or honouring what had previously been promised.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but after repeated problems, ignored refund queries, and significant unexpected costs, I cannot recommend ordering from this company — particularly for UK/international customers.

Beware of this brand. It’s already cost me £26 to return an item and now they won’t refund me because I used a “new customer” discount code as part of my purchase.

My return was accepted on 5/5 I have sent multiple emails about refund and have heard nothing back.
