Don’t order from this company! Ordered a phone case a month ago and still not received it! Messaged the company multiple times as well as emails and they haven’t responded to any of them. But are posting on social media

I don't want to leave 1 star but no option. Ordered 8th August 2021 cost £25 with 1st class postage, still not received item. They keep posting on Instagram but don't respond to messages. Avoid this company unless you want to lose money

DON'T order from this company. I ordered 1,5 months ago and they don't reply, I have never received my item, and it's not even sent yet. They delete comments on their Instagram when you tell them to check DM's. Their customer service email is no longer in use, and tells you to use their Instagram DM's.

The biggest SCAM I have ever seen in my entire life. Don't order from them.

Terrible company re branded as CINDI LONDON orderd case over ten days ago no tracking no we’re to be seen they ignore any emails or messages very rude and a dreadful business wish I had read the reviews before buying!

I would not give this firm any starsMy granddaughter ordered a phone case costing over £20 she ordered the wrong case and cancelled it straight away requesting a refund she has not received the refund or the case she has sent them messages still after weeks and weeks they have not replied how can they keep peoples money absolutely disgusting

Ordered on 30/07/21 and received a confirmation email and have not heard anything since on the status of my order. I have contacted the company numerous times with no response. Does anyone know how I can get my money back?

Dreadful! Ordered a large amount of items on 6th Aug after they were promoted on Tik Tock. Took money but no good received. Won’t respond to emails, WhatsApp or PayPal. Now have claim going through PayPal! Avoid at all costs

I would love to leave no stars considering this company has taken my money & not provided the goods for which I’ve paid. Basically I’ve been stolen from & scammed. Re-Branded to Cindi London from Sassy Online, I have been trying to contact them over the course of 6 weeks, I’ve been ignored & their WhatsApp business account has now been changed to a personal account which I find highly odd. I don’t know what else I can possibly do other than take legal action against them since they have now pretty much stolen from me.
Edit: In response to Sassy, I have emailed that address multiple times to no avail. You must know who is now running the business & I would like you to let them know that legal proceedings have begun. I won’t accept being scammed & stolen from.

Bought from ‘Sassy’ before the rebranding to ‘Cindi London’ and couldn’t fault it and loved my item hence re-purchasing, however purchased an item from Cindi London never received it and found it very difficult to get through to their customer service. Such a shame and unfair to take their customer’s money and not send the item, respond with an update or refund. Also noted they delete comments on their socials and continue to promote items which is misleading (considering the same problem seems to keep occurring), such a shame.

Would not recommend this company to anybody! Shocking customer service. I ordered over 5 weeks ago, received the wrong case and even that one was damaged. Impossible to get hold of and even when you do you don't get a straight answer. Happy to take the customers money but not happy to resolve the issues when there is something wrong with your order.

Sassy online have rebranded to CINDI London. I ordered loads from Sassy and never had any issues, thinking things would still be fine I ordered a case. They’ve taken my money, I’ve had through an ‘order number’ but nothing else since. Tracking that never moves because the item hasn’t be packed or shipped. I’ve messaged their Instagram twice and WhatsApp 3 times, all with no replies. All I want now is a refund but I’m going to try and do this through my bank.

Bought my case 4 weeks and have contacted CINDI multiple times to chase up where it is with no real answer. Terrible company and wouldn’t recommend buying from here. I have never had this issue anywhere else and I buy online literally daily

After stupidly not checking trust pilot first I ordered a case from this website. I’ve been trying to contact them since the 1st July and no response. Absolutely disgusting that they do not have any customer service whatsoever. I want my money back and have no idea how I’m going to get it.

I have been trying to get in touch with this company for the past week via several email addresses, WhatsApp and Facebook and not had any response! I placed an order on the 1st of July and still not received my items! What steps can I take next to get my money back?

If there was lower than one star i would post it. I have orded from here several times over the years each time hoping it would be better never again. I ordered chilli fries looked like they scrapped the bottom of a burnt pot tasted luke it too couldnt eat it.Chicken breasts burnt. The owner is rude the employees nice but expensive for burnt food. Seems if youre prominate in area its better

Ordered from Sassy before months ago but my must recent order never arrived and when contacted customer service I kept getting told that someone would be in touch…..

2 months later and still not received the cases I ordered or a refund. Would avoid this company, customer service is one of the worst around
