Bought multiple items from Sassyspud and always very happy with the quality, service and price.

Bought the hummus and pitta t shirt as a Christmas present and it was perfect! True to size and delivery was super quick. Quality is great too - I bought myself one a couple of years ago, wear it regularly and it still looks good as new. 10/10 recommend!

I have always admired the sassyspud products and was so excited to receive my order! Despite the mail strikes, my order was promptly received, and customer service were so helpful at keeping me updated. The jumper is of high quality and is super comfy and warm. The fit is perfectly oversized but not too baggy! Looking forward to getting my hands on some more new products soon ☺️

I ordered this as a present for my daughter and she loves it. Great communication and it arrived in good time despite the recent postal strikes

I ordered a new tee but, when it arrived, the stitching on the design was poor quality. I've ordered quite a few items from Sassyspud before, all of which are brilliant. I reached out to the customer service team with a photo and offered to return the tee in exchange for a replacement. The team responded in a day, agreed with and apologised for the issue (it was human error, apparently). I was told to keep the faulty item and a new one would be sent out. It arrived within two days. Brilliant customer service to match brilliant products. Very happy.

I placed my order over a month ago - and didn't get an update since then. After sending three emails, the customer "service" told me, that the parcel is sent on 26th of September and I should wait some more days. Also they told me that they would have no tracking link because my parcel isn't in delivery yet. Well, I waited and waited and sended two more emails to the customer" service"and got no reply. I already paid the sweater. The long delivery is one thing, ok, but not getting in contact or at least answer your customers requests is another thing. I'm disappointed. Meanwhile I've read some of the comments here on truspilot and the answers of the company are saying a lot about the service. How unfriendly and pissed they write to their customers instead of finding a satisfying solution. I thought the spirit it this company would be different. Sad experience.

I was really impressed with the quality of the jumper. Very comfortable and super soft. Has washed and kept its shape really well too. Very happy.

This company is a joke! Placed an order more than a month ago, but never got a confirmation. Problem is that credit card bill arrived already. Tried in every possible way to get in contact. ZERO feedback. Nothing.

It is unbelievable how bad this experience has been.

Ignored initial contact via website contact form and both Facebook/Instagram inboxes. Awful quality products. Purchased a t-shirt and wore it twice- terrible discolouration under the armpits. Contacted the company and provided photographs of the issue. They said it wasn't their problem and that they couldn't help. I've never bought a t-shirt and seen it in such a state after 2 washes. Beware- use of inferior quality fabric that discolours after two wears. Bitterly disappointed that I was made to feel that it was my fault. Now left with a t-shirt that is unwearable and no refund or exchange. Absolute joke of a company who claim to be ethical and caring, but who will unpleasantly blame you if you request support with issues around dodgy products.

This review is written on behalf of my girlfriend.

Ordered an item with shipping. The package is stated to have been delivered at a package shop, but Sassyspud (or their courier) does not state a location where it is possible to pick up the package.

Sassyspud has not delivered the package, and do not want to refund the payment back to me, even tho I never received anything from them.

This case has been going on for +4 months and the customer support of Sassyspud has not been helpful in solving this matter.

I cannot recommend dealing with Sassyspud

Meine Lieferung war etwa 3 Wochen lang nicht zu verfolgen, nach etwa 6 Wochen kam das Paket endlich.
Die Qualität der Stickerei ist unglaublich schlecht. Nach einem Mal Waschen lösen sich Nähte, auf der Innenseite des T-shirts ist die „Unterlage“ der Stickerei nicht mal ausgeschnitten oder Ähnliches. Gefakte Markenshirts aus dem Ausland haben eine bessere Qualität als diese T-shirts.
Sehr enttäuschend!

Hola! Yo hice un pedido el 20 de Diciembre, no me lo enviaron despues de 20 días y tuve que reclamarlo... finalmente consigo que me lo envien, pero nunca llega a mi casa... llevo más de dos meses hablando con ellos para una solucion y solo me dicen que espere... no me devuelven el dinero y no me llega el pedido... por favor, no compren aquí, el servicio es muy malo, si tienes un problema se desesntienden,.. pero si se quedan con tu dinero!

Ordered 2 jumpers and a top from Sassyspud, amazing quality, I emailed the customer service team as I hadn’t received a dispatch email within the estimated time, speedy response from Sarah/SJ, they were great and sorted it for me. I wanted to a return a jumper and I received again a quick response and help with my return. I also asked for a different colour jumper instead of a refund, this was again a quick process. Can’t fault the service I’ve received, would definitely buy from them again! I love their organic cotton jumpers, so cosy!

Delivery speed and quality are ok.

But refund process is longwinded, unlike other shops which provide hassle-free return portal.

Order receipt doesn't include instructions on how to return it (no idea why as it would have been simple to add return address and instructions to the A4 paper you get with clothes), so you are forced to enter in an unnecessary email conversation which feels salsey as if they want you to desperately exchange items and avoid a refund. And on top of it, you lose money by posting it back with tracked service as return label is not covered by SassySpud

Goede service en leuke producten!

Ze bieden leuke producten aan, voor een (vind ik) goede prijs. Daarnaast is de klantenservice uiterst vriendelijk. Zij reageren bij mij tot nu toe telkens binnen 24-uur en zijn bereid mee te denken.

Helaas laat de verzending wat te wensen over, maar dit is iets wat buiten de macht van het bedrijf ligt. Ze verzenden met DPD, wat een ronduit belachelijke verzendservice is.

Als ik Sassy Spud één ding mag aanraden is het om van bezorgingsmaatschappij te veranderen, al zullen die wat duurder zijn. Ik ben in ieder geval bereid meer te betalen voor goede verzending, zodat het pakket zonder problemen aankomt.

26-3 update (5 sterren beoordeling):
Na veel contact te hebben gehad met Sassy Spud, is het pakket aangekomen. Het bedrijf heeft aangeboden namens mij een klacht in te dienen bij DPD (dit vond ik een fijn voorstel). Zij zijn geswitcht van koeriersdienst, namelijk naar Fedex. De 3e verzendpoging met Fedex is meteen gelukt, en de producten lagen na een week bij mij op de stoep.

Helaas zat er een gaatje in één van de truien, ik heb Sassy Spud hierover gemaild en ze gevraagd om een passende oplossing. Binnen 24-uur kreeg ik een mailtje terug met daarin het bericht dat ik een nieuwe trui toegestuurd krijg, mits ik akkoord ga. Zelf vond ik dit een fijne oplossing, ik ben echt weg van hun producten en vormgeving.

Ondanks het getrubbel door de verzending met DPD, vind ik het een top bedrijf. De truien zelf zijn van fijne, mooie kwaliteit. Daarnaast is het borduursel simpelweg geweldig. De klantenservice is snel, goed en vriendelijk. En de nieuwe verzendwijze met Fedex is top. Vandaar dat ik nu mijn review naar 5 sterren heb aangepast.

P.s. Houd door de Brexit wel rekening met importkosten als je hier besteld :)

Absolutely amazing quality and cause. I can't fault their items or their lovely members of staff. Thank you Sassy Spud, looking forward to some more veggie apparel on my next payday!

Excellent quality clothing, great communication from staff and fab designs. Will definitely buy from this company in the future.
