Ethan of Sat-works was really helpful and efficient and despite the challenges of space and weather did a great job setting us up with Starlink.

Satworks booking system and arranging of the slots needs improvement and it takes a while to get the booking slot.

Installer (David) took care of our installation, he contacted before arrival day & time, reviewed our request for location of dish beforehand & on the day talked me through few options and then decided on optimal location to get the best signal and cabling into the room.
Overall, great experience - highly recommended to get professional installation for your Starlink via Satworks.

Delays in the kit arriving so our installation had to be rearranged and this was dealt with in a very friendly and efficient manner both via email and over the phone; great admin staff.
Installer arrived bang on time and the job was completed quickly, cleanly, and efficiently.
Service working smoothly immediately, wifi set up, and fully explained how it all worked.
Really happy with everything and would highly recommend this company.

Good communication ahead of the appointment and was even surprised to get a call on the Sunday prior to the date, confirming the kit arrived and I was still good to proceed. Installer was great. The engineer was so friendly and helpful while explaining the whole process! The installation was done really professionally, and they even hid the cables wherever they could. They also cleaned up everything afterward. Honestly, it was top-notch service and I'd definitely recommend them! 😊
