Bought 3 pairs of trainers, none of which fit. Returned them using the freepost labels provided (Evri).
No updates to the whereabouts of the trainers for a week now and I've been told by a very unempathetic and abrupt customer service agent that I have to wait 20 working days for delivery before they will investigate. And if I don't want to wait that long I can take it up with my bank.
I would be wary of buying from this company purely due to their returns policy.
Oh and the shoes are rubbish as well.
UPDATE: Saucony customer services email:
Thank you for your response.
We appreciate that you have provided proof that the three parcels were handed over to Evri. As advised, however, none of the three separate return parcels have subsequently reached our warehouse.
We have already opened an investigation with Evri regarding the missing parcels. Due to the circumstances of the returns, including the fact that three separate returns were created and all three parcels have gone missing in transit, we are required to follow our internal security procedures. As a result, we are unable to issue a refund directly in this case.
You will therefore need to raise a chargeback/dispute with your bank or payment provider for the outstanding amount. Should they contact us as part of their investigation, we will provide all relevant information and evidence available to us, including the return and tracking details.
We understand that this is not the resolution you were hoping for, but unfortunately we are unable to process the refund while the returns have not been received and the matter is subject to investigation.
Kind regards,
Elisabeth
